I finsihed my masters in India and a repeat masters degree in United States to qualify for EB-2 category and have been waiting for last 6 years to even see light at the end of the tunnel,where as i know at least three people who were not even bachelors in India but they have got their greencards in less than two years on the basis of L1 Visa proving USCIS.How is this justified?REPORT COMMENTS

EB1 is meant to bring more valuable people (National interest) or to pump in more money into the country. But looks like people falling in EB3 are also applying in EB1. Manager with 5 yrs of total exp after undergrad and having a reportee in Asia shouldnt qualify him for EB1. I suggest this International manager category should be removed.
