13 year veteran of the active duty Air Force. It seems rediulous that states can enforce this much hardship on a member when the entitlement is tax free. It's sad that courts do not care about the person paying child support and whether or not they have the money to live on that they work hard for. My spouse is responsible for 80% of his child's care because the mother is lazy and doesn't want to work. Hopefully we don't have children because who is going to be able to pay for their care? It should be 50/50... Period. He didn't make that child alone.REPORT COMMENTS
