I think they should change it to 65% to non- violent crimes. The jails & prisons are over crowded and tax payers are keeping them up. Also, there are non-violent criminals in jail or prison getting too long of a sentence when violent criminals hardly get anything!!! My opinion is it should be changed to 65%.REPORT COMMENTS

My man has been locked up in prison for 15 years serving a 28 year sentence where anyone was hurt. I will continue to Have Faith and Trust God that the forgotten will be remembered and set free from captivity. I do believe in consequences how ever the law in very unfair in most cases. For example we all are aware of the Trevon Trial when this man was acquitted for killing a teenager after being the aggressor the stand your ground law allowed this man to go free!!
