They sentenced my wife to nine years on crimes she did not even do. her and I were indicted not arrested. the guy that actually did all the crimes they give him 3 years. he had also served 25 years prior to these crimes. they tell me that I am NOT allowed to see or speak to my wife for 5 out of the nineyears years she will have to serve. please start pulling together we need to put a end to these harsh sentencings!REPORT COMMENTS

My son is in jail right now and yes I do feel he should be punished for his crime but when there are worse criminals, worse crimes or getting caught with more drugs getting less time than him that is not right.If these non violent offenders truly want to do better with their lives then give them a chance. If they go out and commit the same crime or worse then give them 85% of their sentence.REPORT COMMENTS

i agree they are giving way to much time out for all the wrong reasons. even with some violent offenders like my son who is charged with a 245(4)(A) i mean what the hell is that? trying to come at him with 8 yrs and hes only 22. when i present to judges that a prison mentallity doesnt stay in prison and maybe trying to help my son with his anger problems ABSOLUTLEY NOT is what im told....REPORT COMMENTS
