    There are too many people incarcerated in the United States. Profits over people,also privatize probation is terrible. Targeting poor people who can't even pay the court fees let alone, private probation fees..

    We are all human and make mistakes 85% is to much to give to nonviolent offenders.People that commit horrible crimes should receive this amount instead. WAKE UP!! Half of the US IS IN PRISON!!

    This law needs to be passed for the people who are non violent that serve time longer than the violent offenders.
