    This tax is discriminatory towards women. Women own salons, 70% of clients are women and most employees are women. Not to mention that our president said he would have no new taxes on the middle class and that is exactly who this is going to tax, which makes him a liar.

    The federal government is getting ridiculous with spending and taxing. Why not start with everybody who quits their Jenny Craig weight loss program first or anybody with an extremely elevated BMI.

    The part of the nation that elects to do Botox or cosmetic surgery is a group where 10% tax on these services would not hinder them to follow through with the procedures. These are elective surgeries, that do nothing for their health. There are numerous tanning clients natinowide that tan because of the health benefits and are no where near the income levels of those who choose Botox or cosmetic surgery. The tax on tanning and the tax on cosmetic surgery are not even in the same income level comparison!
