small businesses have a hard enough time staying opened, we get hit with many taxes wich we all pay but we also get penalized by the banks and lending institutions. You say you did away with the botox tax because you didn't want to discriminate against people who get plastic surgery, but what about people who tan because it heals their psoriasis or their acne or who tan to help with their vitamin D deficiency or SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder)?
