What is really sad is when your daughter needs the ER at the beginning of the year, you have now met your deductible but have a huge hospital bill instead. She's almost 19 - how is she going to be able to afford her insurance and her insulin and pump supplies when she is on her own? In my case, MY disease, type 1 diabetes, is fatal without insulin. As it becomes more difficult to afford, lives of those with lower-income will simply die. Mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, children. Without insulin people with type 1 diabetes die within a day or two. The price hikes are unethical and PBMs must be controlled.REPORT COMMENTS
