Do not punish us all for what some schools did! My school was abiding by the rules and has a very low cost. I agree something needs to change but that would take an audit to do, not to stop the entire program. Our vets have earned the right to be whatever they choose to be. I know there are a lot of schools out there that are out to take their benefits and not give them the education required to gain employment. Go after those schools, but do NOT limit the possibilities for our warriors!REPORT COMMENTS

I'm a reservist and from what I can find in his bio it looks like Congressman Wenstup is also. I find it shocking that he would try to limit the benefits we have worked so hard to earn. For those of us in the reserves, GI Bill credit is earned for each day we work on certain types of active duty service. (For example, our annually funded drills and 2 weeks don't count.) To get serious about reforming the GI Bill stop letting people give it to their spouses and kids who have not earned it.REPORT COMMENTS

This is crazy. Veterans deserve to be pilots if they want the training. They are some of the best qualified individuals for this career. Please do NOT cut this benefit.
