There definitely needs to be a higher punishment, and A large fine for those who abuse animals. That’s not asking to much! If there was a choice I would have the punishment be exactly the same thing they did to abuse the animal. I was always told to treat others as you would want to be treated. So extra jail time is nothing compared to being boiled alive. Or a greater fine is far better then being dragged around by a bike till they go unconscious and then beating them with the bike. Animals are like your kids, or part of your family or just people in general. They should be treated with the same respect. I will be letting everyone know about this and to sign.REPORT COMMENTS

Our sweet little fur baby was beaten to death. It was proven by autopsy that this was an awful death. Leo was an emotional support dog and loved by everyone that knew him! His death has broken our heart. I can’t help but wonder where are the people that love me. It brings me to my knees. I want justice for our sweet Leo. I want to start a justice for Leo law!! I don’t k ow where to start this law. We have followed every steep we were told to arrest this person. We have text and hand written notes that he says I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to hurt him this bad.
