Leonard has been denied his rights from day one. This country was founded on the "theory" that you are innocent until proven guilty by a group of your peers. It is sad that Leonard was proven not to be guilty but still had to spend over 35 years in prison for a crime he did not commit. Now his illness is going untreated. It saddens me to think that the government could do this to a human being. God help those who are denying Leonard Peltier the treatment he needs..REPORT COMMENTS
