every man deserves adequate medical attention. But specifically here. Whatever leonard did 30 years ago,. He has paid his dues. Besides He was defending the rights and liberties of the American Indian people. Now correct me if i'm wrong but, Is it not American policy to do this up to and including going to war all over the world????To defend the rights and liberties of others? It is time to pardon the hero of the Indian people this freedom fighter. And definately to not let him just die. Whatever the governmental differences between us and this man--enough is enough.....Pardon him. How could he hurt anyone today, he is on deaths door. let him live the rest oif his days free and in peace....Glen McClatchey

Not only does this man need desperate and immediate medical attention. But has spent the last 30 yrs of his life in prison, for defending the rights ond liberties of the American Indian people. Now correct me if i'm wrong; But do we not as a nation do many things including going to War on the behalf of other peoples..; For the very same reason? Isn't it time to pardon this man for his heroic action. And to get him the help he needs before he dies?????

It's a shame an innocent man has to be behind bar and not able to get proper care.

Leonard Peltier is a political prisoner, wrongly and immorally convicted for crimes he did not commit. He certainly does not deserve the fate that the U.S. government determined for him more than three decades ago. I understand that currently he is in urgent need of vital medical care which he is not able to access where he's being held. Please move him to the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota as soon as possible. Thank you.

I am signing this petition to move Leonard Peltier to the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota. It would be better if he was released from prison immediately. That would be the Right Thing to do, considering everything that has become widespread public knowledge that clearly points to his innocence. Denying health care is a violation of human rights.
