I own three hunting rifles. I can think of three reasons I need to own a 30 round assault weapon; 1) To hunt people, 2) I am mentally paranoid and have mental health issues, or 3) the NRA has succeeded in making their vision for America come true and I need one to defend myself. Understand that your typical hunter, public citizen wanting protection wants to keep some guns, limited ammo. There are strong regulations for hunters, why isn't there regulations for the typical gun owner to have. Need to limit guns and ammo to protect our children.
