Every day there are animals kidnapped from their back yards that are used for dog fight training. Their mouths are taped with duck tape, a leg or two purposely broken so that they have no way of defending themselves. These and all animal abusers should be nowhere near an animal shelter. They could care less. They will never care or change. Congress - I challenge you to watch the entire video the animals at Conklin Farms suffered at the hands of their human torturers.
