Absolutely it should be a felony with jail time - minimum 1-5 years. No probation, straight jail time. The amount of time should depend on the severity of the crime and the number of animals involved. Here in Houston, TX they just removed 161 dogs from a small home! Some of them were pregnant and I don't remember how many they found dead! This is awful! Criminal! Definitely no more slaps on the wrist with "don't ever do that again" Right - until the next time they do it. NO MORE!!! These poor things can't speak for themselves - we must speak for them.REPORT COMMENTS
