Spay and Neuter or the mom's and litters stand a very good chance at being euthanized! Overpopulation is rampant because of negligent, non caring (to include those who can't afford a pet in the first place),or owners who want "just one litter". There are low cost vets or clinics in virtually every town and city. Use it...and stop the needless death of unwanted pets.

There are too many cats and dogs being killed in our country every day. There are many litters being born and no enough homes for them. Please, please make this a priority!! Thank you.

This would save so many lives, help with all the animals waiting to rescued and take care of backyard breeders.

Why didn't I think of this? Regular average people should NEVER be breeding dogs...EVER...adding to the HUGE problems of overcrowding in shelters....I can go on and on...

Our states should have laws that makes animal abuse a felony crime! Our animals need more help than their owners give.

If you think about it, this will solve the shelter problems of overpopulation of animals....please think about this and get it passed...in the name of all the animals that die because of animals not being spayed/neutered...Thank You

Please sign and share!! Pet overpopulation is a bigger problem than many realize. Why people are still breeding is beyond me, the world definitely doesn't need more dogs or cats.

I think only licenced breeders under strict law and supervision should be the exception.

Due to the poor economy and other reasons, too many wonderful animals are being abandoned on the streets by their owners. Animals that have not been spayed or neutered, create an even bigger problem.
