It is time for the government to step in and stop all the killing of innocent animals in the Us pounds daily all because of human neglect. some people need laws to have them do the right thing.

If people are that ignorant not to spay and neuter voluntarily then government has to step in to stop the suffering due to overpopulation

I dare you to go into a shelter and see who is going to be put down. Do it for several weeks and then see how you feel. Perhaps you should watch it done. It is much easier to condone if you're not involved. By allowing it to happen we are ALL responsible for it. Spay and neuter is the a large part of the solution.

The situation in this country has become an epidemic of animal killings in shelters ,even a year of mandatory spaying and neutering would make a difference. We have to do something we can't go on killing these poor animals !!

Have YOU looked at the pictures of the animals that are "gassed/euthanized"? How can you NOT do something to make it stop when YOU can?!

We cannot hope to win the fight against homeless animals without putting a stop to all irresponsible breeding, including backyard breeders, puppy mills and breeding for any reason other than improving the breed itself; in other words, only breeding champions to produce better bloodlines. All other dogs should be spayed or neutered. This would eliminate dog fighting, the pitbull problems, bad temperament I all do breeds, which would reduce owner surrenders, animal cruelty and neglect.

Spay & Neuter. Don't breed & buy while shelter pets die. These are living, breathing, loving lives being brought into a deadly fate.
