I have lived with chronic back pain for 10 years now. Doctors don't want to prescribe pain pills for fear of making me an addict. I have been coping with the use of marijuana. Thousands of people die of alcohol and alcohol related accidents every year yet marijuana is illegal in ky. Ridiculous!!REPORT COMMENTS

Its been shown for years that marijauna has many medical propertys that can help dabilitated patients have a better quality of life & its been known that cannibus use can kill certain cancer cells. i believe that the medical use of marijuana could also help stop the useless waste of our tax dollars in the drug war against marijuana...REPORT COMMENTS

Free the medicine! Marijuana is a naturally occurring plant. You cannot stop its growth and spread. At a time when the economy is in shambles, legalizing and regulating could be an increased source of funds for the government. It is less harmful to the body than Kentucky tobacco, bourbon and many prescription drugs. The penal system is currently overcrowded, much of it due to marijuana cases that should have never been tried. By keeping it illegal, you are forcing people to grow it on their own (and the gov't loses out on the revenue).REPORT COMMENTS
