The job of a peace officer is a difficult one to perform and I am grateful to the amazing men and women who risk their lives to protect our streets and country every day, without them the United States would be nothing. However, I am disgusted and ashamed to call these men public servants, let alone American's. The mob mentality they displayed ( and I've only seen limited footage) is more than enough to make any human being with a conscience and any sort of empathy physically sick. I'm disgusted my tax payer money is paying their salary. There is no excuse for such brutality against an unarmed man on the ground. Every office that took part in this disgusting display of animal, gang brutality should be brought up on charges of manslaughter/murder. The most dangerous gang on the streets of Orange County that night were the Fullerton Police. This is clearly an issue that should be tried by the people and the charge should be murder.REPORT COMMENTS

i don't know kelly thomas but i do know he was a American. last time i checked we still had our rights and just because Mr kelly thomas was homeless doesn't mean his freedom and rights as a human can be taken away. no one should be treated like a animal and in this case killed like one especially by the men and women who take an oath to protect and serve the people. as for all the police officers involved in this awful crime they don't deserve to be called police and should be punished for what they have done this also goes for all those other cops that think they have the power to do as they wish.REPORT COMMENTS
