Subsequently, he was charge for resisting arrest and nothing else. If he was resisting arrest, what was he being arrested for? He did no crime. I don't think this potential law goes far enough and there needs to be federally run internal affairs unit that only reports to congress. This unit should have powers that can only arrest, investigate, detain police from state, county, local enforcement. They would be able to enter any police station, unannounced to copy, confiscate all police documents for potential abuse reviews.REPORT COMMENTS
