The fact that I live in a country that continuously allows this abuse and neglect of animals to continue unchecked is intolerable! No living being should be treated the way Patrick was treated, and now our "Justice System" seems to be backing the abuser. Bail waived, and out of jail! Shame!! Curtis was responsible. If she couldn't care for him she should have placed him where he could be cared for!!! This is maddening !!!! This one woman not only almost killed this dog but enraged a lot of people. This is a barbaric act and she should remain behind bars and PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST extent of the law.
