People who throw ALIVE pets down a trash shoot after starving them to near death MUST be punished with jail time. Allowing this perpetrator to be released and her bail dismissed is not only a gross injustice, it sends the message that it is OK to abuse and "throw away" animals like trash. I absolutely do not understand why she was released from jail with her bail dismissed. Patrick did not starve himself, and it took more than the week she was supposedly gone for him to get in the state he was in. He did not put himself in a trash bag, and he did not throw himself down a 19-story trash chute. I ask for her immediate return to jail to be prosecuted to the full extent. I am appalled at whoever released her. I am appalled that her bail was dismissed. This is not acceptable at all!REPORT COMMENTS
