How horrible rhat a person starves and abuses a living being that we as humans have domesticated. This puppy looked for love, shelter, food and water to which he received nothing at the hands of this deplorable sub-human. Action needs to be taken, laws need to change and the humans that torture, maime, and kill an animal deserves to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. These animals are innocent and like a child can not get away from the abuser. We the people are the voices for the voiceless, and we the people need to make sure that the abusers are punished. This little puppy was starved and tortured not for a day for you see it takes many months for an animal to be in this condition. Then to be thrown in the trash like a piece of garbage, what has humanity become, I am seeking justice for Patrick and those like Patrick that have no voice. WE NEED STIFFER LAWS AND TO PROSECUTE ABUSERS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT, THEN PERHAPS THERE WILL NOT BE ANYMORE PATRICKS!!REPORT COMMENTS

Horrified at the pictures of this poor boy, starved nearly to death and by Grace of God, no thanks to his so called "owner", was found and rescued and is making a marvelous recovery. this happens more often than we know. Strengthen animal cruelty laws, mandatory long sentences, no more slaps on the wrists, hefty fines and jail time!!! People will think twice before doing anything like this again.REPORT COMMENTS

Sad that someone can look into an aminal's eyes like Patrick and purposely withhold food and water for such a period that every bone in his body sticks out.
