It is.no coincidence that in 2015 2016 there were 28000 reports of child abuse in Quebec 28000 in Michigan in 2006 28000in north Carolina I. 2018. Why is the number 28000? And why is the salary paid child investigative worker $28000? Is this the govt way of filtering the seed???? That's why Trump is facing impeachment right now. My son was taken from Muscatine Iowa when he was 5 should of never been taken away. Today he is 19 and was told I gave him up for adoption. He contacted me and ask why I gave him up. Not true I fought for him. I even went as far as supreme court. Today I still have all my papers. I did everything they asked and they still took my son. In court there excuse was cause J spoiled him. Yes I did cause I loved my child. I want them to know it my son and me that suffered here. Today my son has alot of problems .to deal with. Trying to find anyone that had Chelsie Gray as their Social Worker, and had their parental rights terminated. She has recently been exposed in national media for committing PERJURY (lying under oath, submitting false reports etc). Currently the Iowa Supreme Court, and Appellate Court are hearing cases that she was involved with. If you know anyone that had her on their case and their parental rights were terminated PLEASE have them contact me. My granddaughter was removed from my home due to her mothers incarceration. She was placed in her father's home (who wanted no part in her life for 10 years) where she was abused! 6 months later he gave her to his parents because again he didn't want her. This is where she remains. She could have stayed with us, her maternal grandparents. It all had to do with money and DHS. Ten minutes before seeing the judge and skimming though papers on pound papers of powerful lie's was not enough time. I want the say I never pulled a knife in front of kids saying I'd kill grandma never happened. I never said I'd kill my self never happened. Never said I'd kill cops . I have great respect for law enforcement. I'm also a veteran. I never got a real trail. Iowa family courts impede on parents constitutional rights to a fair trial, religious freedom, pursuit of life liberty and hapiness, among going against the childrens rights, they go against the United Nations Human Rights Act of 1965 Article 13: right to motherhood, they had an active case against my childrens mother for over a year without notifying me, even though the deny knowing i exist they notified me of an unfounded case a year and a half prior, as well they started a case after diagnosis of "failure to thrive" knowing my twins were born at 24 weeks in another state, and they hire us attorneys who do not protect our constitution. They use the CINA process to cover up child trafficking for profit by leveraging federal funds into the department of human services, and they threaten parents with taking away their rights without ever even filing a single charge of criminal act through administrative court processes not in accordance with the constitution of the united states, nor the state of iowa. And they even ask state law makers for more funding stating that they are having an abundance of case load. I was trafficked as a child through the CINA process and now they are doing it to my children. I only found out because somebody in the community notified me my childrens mother may not have had 1 of my children, and the attourneys here whom the state pays are in conspiracy with these workers and refuse to file petitions even withdraw the ones we file on our own, while the judges try to intimidate parents. DHS has tried to get them to order me not to talk about this on social media, have even tried to get the judge to order me to take down my gofundme page even submitted it as evidence, while they try and try to find reasons to not give me my children even while they have removed them from their mothers care. In 2010 D.H.S. came into the picture because of a false report. The worker assigned had over 3 months talked my kid's mother into pushing me out of the household. After that I stayed near, & was the only person there for her, and our kid's. After I had undergone brain surgery in 2014 they used my minor setback, and our P.T.S.D. against us. My children have been taken by dhs i have been allowed 2 hours a week with them for the last 2 years..they are trying to terminate my rights...and all this stemmed from me being in a bar for a friends birthday while my children were safe with a family member babysitting. Dhs just looks for a quick payout..the lo ger the children are in foster care the more money they make. I could spend days typing all the accusations they have tried to use against me...when i prove them wrong the judge wont allow it into evidence..this is small town iowa. I have been going through this and my children for over four years my ex husband works for the state of Iowa his sister works at the sheriffs office and his ex brother-in-law is a cop, Who by the way got divorced because he was having an affair with the district attorney. I am in full agreement! Something needs to be done about false Child Abuse accusations and wrongful removal of children. Our son was taken wrongfully and our lawyers have grossly misrepresented us by not allowing any witness on our behalf and not advising us of an appeal. They are now threatening to take our unborn child and have forced us to separate. We have passed all drug testing and continue to pass. They are forcing my son's mother to get psychological evaluations because of false allegations. This is wrong and the state of Iowa should not have this kind of power. We have experienced this travesty firsthand. My stepson who was abandoned by his mother has been diagnosed with Reactive Attatchment Disorder. This causes him to seek chaos like a horse that runs into a burning barn. Waukee school district called DHS 5 times over false allegations. Only one was founded and when we attempted to appeal, we were denied the opportunity by means of lack of access to the proper paperwork until after 90 days had passed. He has learned that making false allegations will get him attention and this is a very unhealthy coping mechanism for him to be engaging in. Now they have removed him on false allegations and not even our court-appointed attorney is willing to challenge the ruling. We were advised that if we denied the allegations, we could be charged criminally and that the fastest route to reuniting our family was to cooperate and not testify. Our attorney has remained silent leading the ruling Judge to believe that we do not have any objection to the "findings of fact" which are anything but factual. They made assumptions and inferences about my husbands mental health when the subject was never even addressed in court. There is NO physical evidence to support their allegations, yet they continue to keep my family apart. Now they are trying to give our son to his mother who abandoned him, lost her other child due to neglect, unsanitary living conditions, domestic violence and sexual assault of her other child and is married to an ex-con with a diagnosis of paranoid schizophrenia who has demonstrated a relapse in his illness. They live in his neice's basement and have complained multiple times that their landlord's children are poorly behaved and inappropriately disciplined, yet this is a better placement than with his father and I who have always taken care of him and have fought long and hard for proper treatment? DHS has gone off the rails and we must stand up for our children and their rights as citizens of the United States of America and as human beings endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights. CPS workers in Iowa is going to far. I have read cases of even CPS workers abusing and neglecting their own children for years before they even get investigated but they still keep their kids. I am a good mom I do have down falls. Recently an ex-girlfriend of my nephew called in a report where she stated "she had done drugs with me." So now I am getting investigated. (Not her though she is 4 months pregnant with her 2cd kid her 1st kid was taken from her because of physical abuse to the child and the father by her.) Though I have not done drugs in 13 years when I was 19 before I ever even got pregnant and I have never had more than a ticket for driving without a license. Yet now I have to jump through hoops just to make sure my kids stay with me. My children already have mental health issues (because of my abusive ex-husband while I was with him even then CPS didn't get involved at all though I wanted them to) my kids would suffer more mental issues if they were ever taken from my home I have been the only constant parent and person their whole life.REPORT COMMENTS

Dickinson county has to be about as bad as it gets in Iowa. my parental rights were terminated one month and 22 days after finding out I was the father. Never was even allowed a visitation. The only service I was offered was a drug test. They are supposed to make an attempt to place the child with family yet none of my family was given that option. then my girlfriend and I had another child and before we had even left the hospital one of their workers filed a report herself without even seeing the child. then said she had no way of contacting us to let us know about the report yet she had telephone and email for both of us. Long story short they took our baby and never put in a plan for reunification at all, lied and caused problems amongst family members, and now pushing to terminate my rights with no basis to do so. I have passed every drug test I have taken and that has gotten me nowhere. Send emails asking questions to our DHS worker and never get a reply. Only time I see an email from her is when she is attempting to spread more lies about us. Never an answer to a question. they have never been to our home, know nothing about me, ive raised four other children yet im an animal in their eyes. my faith in the judicial system has become zero. OH and can anyone tell me why these hearings are held in juvenile court? the kid isn't on trial. only reason I see that its held in juvenile court is so they can lie and submit whatever they want into evidence and not be held accountable and so they don't have to follow their own protocol. if there is anyone that can help me find a way to put this workers practices under review of her upper superiors id love to know because she is about to take my rights away again for no reason.REPORT COMMENTS

This was A Hate Crime by County and Judge They all need to be placed in Jail.2 oldest Children Are Here Youngest they Put into a State School full of meth heads. I agree as I am going thru this right now. CPS worker interviewed my child at school without my permission and it specifically says in there policy revised August 2017 that they need to get parental permission to interview or observe the child. There is no legal authority to interview a child without parental permission, page 9 of 24 in the Iowa Dept of human services employee manual. A complaint was made against me in retaliation I believe and these people go to my daughters school take her out of class, and interview her, ALONE... another big no. Carol tells my daughter she is a "mentor" and started talking about family issues. Carol LIES to my daughter, tells her that another family member was interviewed and they had already told Carol that there was drug use in the home... then my daughter had said a couple things still hearsay mind you and I knew NOTHING about any interview going on AT ALL. Very upset I call the school to get the number of this "mentor" to find out she was from DHS /cps. Long story short, so many errors occurred in this ladies interview process and this lady LIED several times on her safety assessment and her exparte order denied by the judge. Somehow she is able to get a CINA hearing however based on LIES from her safety assessment and TWO MONTHS later my kids who have been with me there ENTIRE LIVES are taken from me. Ages 6 and twelve. This was all because I refused a VOLUNTARY DRUG TEST and told Carol to get a court order for it. I am now put on the child abuse registry . I have worked in healthcare my ENTIRE ADULT LIFE. I lost my job because after they took my girls I couldn't handle the stress. They are here to help they say HOWEVER THIS IS A LIE>>> this all started in November and kids were taken in January my drug use hit an all time high after my kids were taken instead of helping us they throw me into treatment, make money off my stay; then my IOP and another treatment center and WHAT HAVE THEY DONE TO HELP MY CHILDREN? NOTHING! my oldest was to immediately start therapy. Today is her second time going IT is now APRIL.... my kids and I have been ripped from each other I am mentally and emortionally destroyed... and all they want to do is dump me off in treatment where I am told I can use my FOOD STAMPS to PAY for my portion of my stay!!! This is only the tip of the iceberg as there is so much more wrong in this. I have never been charged with any criminal offenses, besides speeding tickets I have a clean record. ASK THE JUDGE WHO TOOK MY KIDS THOUGH and she sees the side CPS PAINTS.... WHEN CAN I SPEAK TO THIS JUDGE? WHEN AM I HEARD? CPS INVOLVEMENT HAS RUINED MY LIFE AND MY CHILDREN AS WELL.... THEY ARE NO HELP THEY CAME IN AND LABELED ME ACCUSED ME SHAMED ME IN FRONT OF MY KIDS AND NOW I AM JUST ANOTHER MONEY MAKER TO THEM. IT IS SICKENING AND I WISH I KNEW HOW TO GET HELP TO GET MY STORY TOLD AND THEY RECIEVE SOME SORT OF REPERCUSSION FOR ALL THEY HAVE COSTED MYSELF AND MY GIRLS AND OUR IMMEDIATE FAMILIES TOOREPORT COMMENTS

One month before his fourth birthday. He has come to visits with fat lips, black eye so bad it was swollen shut and bruising on butt while in foster care. I wish there could be an investigation of judges removing parent's rights when they don't terminate them on paper, but make sure there is NO visitations ordered!!!! It should NEVER matter what a minor child wants when the child is under manipulation and hostile-aggressive parenting by a sociopath parent and their pathogenic parenting style which severs the other parent's bond!!! THIS needs to end NOW! Iowa judges are doing this for their unjust enrichment and the TITLE IV D & E incentives from taxpayer's social security $$$$ !!!! WAKE up IOWA!!!! I demand an investigation into JUDGE PAUL R HUSCHER; JUDGE MARTY MERTZ; JUDGE CLOGG; JUDGE GREGORY A HULSE as well as other judges throughout the state that have caused parents and children to have suicide ideation thanks to the loss of their relationship!!!! I will have a lot of bad workers here they take kids away from parents and the parents don't even do drugs or drink they really fight for their kids just because me and my husband did not have the best of best people made a whole bunch of false accusations didn't have no proof of it based on calls until Grandma kids for one year I thought they told me because I didn't have a husband around then that made a difference they could give my kids back to me I did everything they said first round in the kids back then all the sudden they terminate my rights and they said I have mild to moderate retardation you're discriminating on me my answer is there anyone that can help me become fight to get my kids back after the fact they've been terminated my rights please someone help me Don't drink don't smoke work that's all I do and take care of my kids when I have them lot of people meet all these accusations up but they didn't have no hard proof of it and it still took my kids away it's not fair I did everything that has to can someone please help me out they did so much mental damage to me and my kids it's not funny can someone please let me know what I could do to try to overturn the decision was in August please this is not right people who do drugs and alcohol get their kids back I don'tREPORT COMMENTS
