I?m the mother of an early Lupron victim, and I want to know where do I go for justice? Where is the recognition of Lupron?s disasterous effects on family members, when recognition of the damages from Lupron to the victims themselves has been ignored? My daughter was given Lupron for endometriosis and for IVF in 1989, and ever since I?ve watched her tumble from a healthy, energetic, gainfully employed RN to a disabled, chronically sick woman whose stomach, intestines, heart and bones, to list only four, have been permanently and irreversibly damaged from Lupron, and whose sole unrelenting purpose since the early 1990?s has been to alert the world to Lupron?s dangers to spare others. Kindly look at some of her research and writings, done while sick, now housed at her website www.lupronvictimshub.com. Over the years, I?ve watched her repeatedly testify at the Massachusetts State House and at the US Congress pleading, while sick, for an investigation into Lupron; Why was nothing done? And I?ve watched her bombard state and federal agencies, politicians, lawyers and the media, while sick, with information about Lupron?s dangers and I?ve watched her interviewed by many newspapers and TV news shows yet this media rarely publicized Lupron's risks ; Why hasn?t anything been done? I?ve watched her bring her own lawsuit all the way to the Massachusetts Supreme Court without an attorney, and I?m aware of all the other Lupron lawsuits brought; Why hasn?t anything been done? Surely, in this fair land, someone should and could have helped my daughter and the other victims somewhere along the way. WHY hasn?t anything been done? I?ve watched my daughter?s health progressively deteriorate and saw her age right in front of my eyes, and I've suffered watching her suffer through sickness and pain and nearly 50 hospitalizations since taking Lupron 20 years ago. My daughter was a canary in this dirty coal mine, and she?s been sending a sustained and loud and clear ALARM, despite being sick, for nearly 20 years: But it seems nobody cared to do anything about it; then, or now. How many Lupron victims could and would have been spared her fate and worse had someone listened and done something back in the ?90?s? How many victims will it take for something to be done? I?ve watched my daughter taken away by more ambulances than I care to remember, sick beyond words and many times at death?s door from severe dehydration and severely low potassium. Just imagine her, and all the others, enduring devastating medical hardships time after time, year after year, while those in charge look the other way and sweep them like dust under a rug. How many young women have to die from this drug before someone takes notice and does something? Where is the justice for my daughter?s derailed life? Where is the redress for the imposed readjustment of my life in having to step in to help through repeated illnesses? Where is the justice for my suffering at watching my daughter?s life and career and health and future vanish, and her diligent attempts to expose this heinous drug go unaddressed, while more and more Lupron victims come into being each and every day? For nearly 20 years, I?ve heard the stories from my daughter about the victims that contact her, and she shows me the web postings of endless sagas of other Lupron victims. For nearly 20 years this has been non-stop, and this is sheer madness! It is absolutely frightening, confusing, despicable, and unbelievably outrageous! The fact that this drug has remained on the market and is often mandated without INFORMED consent, as it was in her case, is clear indication of the greed and corruption that exists in medicine, big pharma and oversight agencies. My best friend was given this shot of Lupron. She was feeling really sick after she received that shot. 21 days later she was dead at 27 years old. Cause of death unknown. She passed in her sleep.REPORT COMMENTS

My daughter died 21 days after taking 1 shot of Lupron, in her sleep.(AGE 27)This is the time period for what is called a "clinical flair". Her cause of death was listed as "Undetermined". She was given this shot for possibly having "ENDO". Autopsy revealed NO Endo. I believe that doctors are prescribing this drug as a catchall when they do not do all possible tests to find out what really is the problem. There was no need for my daughter to take this drug. Other than a small pain on her lower left side she was in good health. No other tests were done. I tell everybody I know to NOT take this drug. I believe its benefits do NOT outway the potential problems people have with this drug.REPORT COMMENTS

I have never used Lupron though it has been offered to me several times for endometriosis. I just refuse to use it due to the horrible side effects and I don't believe it is a "cure" for endo either.REPORT COMMENTS

I have not taken Lupron, though a doctor suggested it, due to the many, many horrifying stories I have heard from online acquaintances about the long-standing, debilitating side effects they are suffering. My doctor seems extremely uninformed about this drug. It is critical that our government fully explore these serious side effects so that more women and girls are not harmed by Lupron -- a drug that, even in the best case scenario, only provides temporary relief from symptoms of endometriosis, not a cure or treatment.REPORT COMMENTS

My daughter has gone through 13 IVF Cycles where Lupron was used with each cycle. She is having multiple symptoms and has not been able to be diagnosed. Please consider this investigation. These symptoms are REAL! She has passed out 5 times, has hot flashes, degenerative disc disease, Hematuria, Hypotension, tachycardia, dizziness, gait and balance disturbance that has not been diagnosed to date (causing 14 falls down steps), excruciating joint and bone pain (to the point it takes her 20 minutes to get out of bed in the morning), and head and hand tremors. She walks with a cane. This has taken away the enjoyment of really playing with her 4 year old daughter (my granddaughter). She pretends to ?walk like mommy? that is painful to hear her say those words, but she doesn?t understand.REPORT COMMENTS
