I strongly agree that with this H.R.5492 Bill. I agree that EVERYONE deserves the chance to get their lives back on track and turn their lives around for the better. I have seen this firsthand and am a true believer that people CAN and DO CHANGE. As US Citizens, They deserve the Fair Chance of being able to obtain and Job to provide for their families and to become a respectible member of society and their local community.REPORT COMMENTS
