My husband was charged with conspiracy almost two years ago. He will starting a 7 yr sentence at the end of this month. My husband is not a bad person; he is in fact the total opposite. He is an honest hard working man, and above all the best husband to me and more than the best of a father to our young children. My husband was never caught with anything or proven guilty. All because two or more people said he did something he is getting charged. Yes he has done wrong in the past but he is a changed man and now I have to learn how to support myself and two children (3 and 8) by myself. My children and I do not deserve to lose our man of the house. We love him so much and there is no reason tax payers should have to pay approx. 30k a yr to incarcerate such a good person.
