As a worker in five CPS systems in two states, there needs to be a reform so child and families are served. There are ways to reduce trauma while keeping families together unless every protection is exhausted for a child to be safe. Remove, add trauma to all parties, establish temp permanency has not worked and will not work. Complete Reform is needed!REPORT COMMENTS

The family court process laughs in the face of constitutional law. The blatant abduction of children by child protective services in its effort to obtain funding from the federal adoption incentives is both illegal and unconstitutional. The process of removal of children should not even be a court issue! Unfortunately judges, district attorneys, child protective services, and related services such as CASA, Guardian ad lidems, counselors, evaluations, drug testing facilities, and parenting class instructors are ALL making a lucrative career of the barter of these children for federal funding. The federal adoption incentive provides funding only if the current years number of adoptions surpasses the previous years, giving caseworkers incentive to always be on the hunt for more adoptable childrenREPORT COMMENTS

Fight this sick and corrupted system! Family courts is not a criminal system! Divorce should be put into another court system that makes it quick, easy and standard! We paid $5000.00 for home studies/evals The GAL ordered them but never read them And the courts never used them. My x was Abusive to our son, the GAL barely did his Job yet collected his paycheck. My wife completely lied in Family court without any proof or documentation. I however had police and hospital documents from being physically assaulted in front of our children but I was deemed not credible. Insane! Now I barely see my children. The State condones domestic violence. I am devastated because of this. Now I have a domestic violence charge on me based on her lies. The Judge, the State and my wife need to be exposed.
