On August 2014, Nevada Clark County Family Services Department CPS, took my five children away from me, CPS knew that I am disabled with Mental Illness, CPS knew my five children are mentally ill, yet, CPS continued to press charges againts me, CPS continued the Clark County Family Court process againts me, CPS knew I was not stable mind and I could not deffend myself, due to my mentall illness, CPS continued to manipulate my children into speaking againts me, CPS continued to manipulate me into tricking me into accepting their accusations againts me and accepting a non-contested deal in the Las Vegas, Nevada, Clark County Family Court in 2014, and, CPS knew that my children & me, were not taking our prescribed medication for our mental illness, and, CPS saw that I was obviously mentally ill, and, I was not in my right mental mind, I was confused I was scared, I was manipulated into agreeing with CPS accusation againts me, yet, CPS knowing that I was unstable minded mentally ill-CPS never took into consideration to help me be in a stable mind, in order for me to properly deffend myself, CPS was aware that I lost reality, CPS laughed at my dilusional comments, CPS and my Clark County appointed Public Deffender KNEW that I was not stable, it was obvious, I was dilusional-due to my mental illness, yet Clark County proceeded to VIOLATE my Civil Rights, and I was miss-trialed, because CPS never made attempt to help me get stable mind by allowing me to take my mental medication first as allowing my children to take their mental medication first, Unfortunately, CPS and Clark County Public Deffender never cared to help me and never cared to help my children in being stable mind FIRST, I was not in my stable right mind and CPS as C.C.Public Deffender never took into consideration, that I was not aware of what was happening, because I was severly incompetent to understand as I lost my mind as I lost reality, I TRULLY FEEL THAT MY CIVIL RIGHTS ARE VIOLATED, and, I am disabled with my mental illness and I ONLY receive Nevada Social Security,. Please Note that I am scheduled my next Court hearing Agust 2015, and, have not seeing my five children since February 2015, due to my mental illness, and, also, I am already approved to be admitted into Vitality Mental Health/Drug Rehabilitation/Alcohol Rehabilitation Hospital in Elko,Nevada, by no later May 27, 2015, as inpatient,. also, my Mental Health Physciatrist Dr.Rosario, in Las Vegas,Nevada, referrered me to Vitality Hospital in Elko,Nevada, as, NewVision in LasVegas,Nevada refferred me to Vitality Mental Health/Drug Regahilitation/Alcohol Rehabilitation Hospital located in: 3740 East Idaho,.Elko,Nevada,. phone#775-738-8004., and, please help me to reunite my family back together, and, please note that I am now being regular with my mental health, although, this traumatic event, did not help my mental situation from loosing my children, and, I am admitting myself this month, in Elko, Nevada, in order to stablREPORT COMMENTS

IT'S CRAZY THAT SO MANY STORIES ARE SO IDENTICAL AS MINE. I don't wish anyone to have to suffer the pain, family courts and Lawyers and Gals are putting our familys through. Like one person said until it happens to you, you have no clue. The stories are all so similar it's obviously a standard procedure. When C.P.S has to lie in court legally stealing my children and tell me the will transport me to my hearing and don't. I have to rely on public pretender to defend my rights and protect me tells me "his check is signed be the court" how can I fight the corruption? More needs to change and fast. C.P.S has to be accountable!! Make it illegal to missuse their title and stop Title IV reembursements when not evidence of abuse or corruption can be proved on behalf of the parent!!REPORT COMMENTS

why DON'T YOU GUYS Step up and correct the bad decisions made to perfectly fine families by returning the children to where they belong? I lost my one and only son to the most corrupt system known to man because I told some stranger whom i never met to go **** herself. I had never had any dealings with cps before. So EVERYONE THAT WAS INVOLVED when along with what this lying*****s/w had fabricated without any kind of investigation to see if there was any truth to it, which there wasn't. And just because there was over 150 people in line wanting to adopt my son, the judge said that reunification wasnt an option.My son was in excellent health until he got in their custody, He was almost 2 years old when taken and more has happened to him being in their custody than he has experienced the whole 2 years that he was at home. and the judge justified it saying two year old boys go thru that stuff all the time. When is it normal for a boy to have burns on his lips, black eyes, golf ball size knots on his head, ect.... All I want is for his case to be taken a proper look at and if they cant prove any of the accusations, let him come home to where he's surrounded by nothing but love. I am a single dadREPORT COMMENTS

For no reason what-so-ever the systems took my granddaughter out of my life. The court could NOT find One Single issue why they denied me my maternal right to adopt my one and only granddaughter!!!' Instead she was adopted by a non blood / non member of family. The DFS Caseworker, DFS attorney, Gaurdian ad Litem, JV attorney, Foster Mother, Foster Mother's Attorney, Parent Aide, and Comminsioner all had a hay day in court laughing at every statement I testified! The male Comissioner questioned me and made me bring the receipt ( an exhibit ) for the cost of my "designer bag". My $85 purse. Then had a kick out of me owning a "sports car", which has a back seat and side airbags, it's not like I was going to throw my granddaughter on a back of a motorcycle. Their giggles, laughs were more childish than professional to say the least!!!! They all had one lie after another NEVER had proof of any of their allegations though I supplied concrete proof of every lie they told about me! While on stand - under oath, my 3 year old granddaughter left her mothers arms and walked right up to be and wanted me to pick her up and set her on my lap AFTER the system (persons above) said I didn't have a relationship with my granddaughter. Not knowing my granddaughter would obviously prove them wrong, I provided a 200 photo album from moments before my granddaughter was born till a couple if weeks from that moment testifying in court. I have all documentation of every single move I made in the involvement of my granddaughter from the time she was taken from my daughter to this very moment. So would you please take the time and tell me WHY WAS I DENIED ADOPTION OF MY MATERNAL GRANDDAUGHTER? FYI: I have no crime record and I have been totally involved in my granddaughter case since she was taken. What has the United States of America come to, I ask, because the Jackson County Missouri Children's Division Court System is playing while court is in session !!! I challenge you to contact me because I truely do not think you want to see how ridicous and shameful this state and federal organization is conducting their oath "in the best interest of the child ".
