We are in desperate need of child support reform. There is no reason a person should go to jail for delinquent child support. A parent in jail cannot take care of a child, and it is in no way beneficial to anyone. A child that is not receiving the support due, shouldn't be deprived of a relationship with both parents. Parents should not be threatened with a loss of driver's license. If you can drive, you can't get to work, you don't make money, and that makes it impossible to pay child support. You should only lose a driver's license due to traffic violations. Let's have some laws that make sense. That actually benefit the child and serve a purpose. These laws need to be flexible. Because the people your dealing with are family, after all. Also, there should be an avenue to appeal custody decisions. One that works and doesn't cost a fortune. It's hard to pay child support and pay lawyers too. Nobody should have to go broke to keep their child. How bout you just try making it fair?

By emasculating men in the courtroom an friend of the court (certainly not friend of the child), judges enable women and their attorneys to do anything to get the upper hand in custody - like lie, make threats, cause parental alienation and coach horrific false allegations - without any deterance or repurcussions. Silence hides violence. It is time that these miscarriages of justice be righted. Because it is not only men, fathers and husbands (and yes, sometimes women, mothers and wives) who are victimized... it is ultimately the children who suffer. Stop railroading men by silencing them, Start punishing parental alienation with fines, and false alegations with prison time - and you'll start to see more truth and fairness, and healthier children... who are our future civilization.

Shame! So much tragedy, broken lives, shattered dreams, parents committed suicide or kill their own kids... Sexual abuse in incest, generations og broken kids, now adults... Human trafficking, wreckage, injuries, harm, death and destruction... all because foreing jesuit priests and IMF bankers in black robes and their forein conspirator criminal lawyers figured out a way to commit genocide and human trafficking for money. Big money. Lazy, evil, psychopath, freaks of nature. How dare you! What reform? All these monsters belong in prisons. People must be redeamed, compensated, and healed. And now! Give us back our heirs, and go to hell. You belong there mother ****ers! To Hell, your dear father demon crat awaits.

I didn't choose divorce, in fact, I offered every avenue available to fix marriage. Wife refused yet Is awarded primary custody and I am in dire straits financially due to the unreasonable amount of support.

Please help our children are being placed by Texas Judges to registered child sex offenders, exposed to violent mothers,Dad are being abused by woman but authoritys are not applying the law equally.Dad's are being told theirs nothing they can do it's a civil matter. When indeed there is a family law 25.03 that prohibits a parent to interfere with a court order.Judge's are throwing out evidence that fathers have gathered about the other parent. In my son's case baby's mom aasaulted my son in school with multiple eye witnesses and school video survalance while pregnant.Endangering the fetus in tge process she could have fallen.Yet she wasn't arrested.Due to the Irving.tx. school police officer knowing her family he put in his report that it was a simple assault. If thing were the other way around my son would have been put in jail and charged with domestic violence. The childs mom has repeatedly exposed our grandson to a regustered child sex offender who has a drug case.We have paid a lawyer who has not done his job of defending my son's rights or the baby's rights.Yet mom has made numerous false allegations to cps and cps has harassed my son with zero evidence just moms false allegations. The judge gave the okay to have the registered sex offender in my grandsons life. That is endangering a child. My son pays medical and child support he turned 21 today he is a responsible loving father and is being alienated from his son.The system is broken please help. Our constitutional rights are being violated we are Not being treated as humans we feel devastated every day we worry about our little grandson praying not to get a dreadful call saying our grandson has been raped, abused,or killed.Mom has kept my son several times from seeing our grandson and police sometimes are even unwilling to make an actual police report and will only give an incident report number. This is not justice!!Judges are not following guidelines and are being bias.My son has no criminal record at all. Please help the system is broken. Our children are suffering. Please investigate and help us defend our constitutional rights. The system is flawed and corrupt
