I have had eight previous false allegation cases all of which my children remained in my custody and the cases were closed but theres a reason all of cases started after my kids were older "less likely to be adopted" this funding offers an adoption incentive . So if an older child is taken into custody in most cases they remain there a long time meaning the state cps spends more of the money they recieve on the child taking care of them while they are in custody so the longer a child remains in custody less profit for the state. Theres proof open your eyes and look check the numbers compare how many kids ten to seventeen years old are taken then compare five to ten yr olds last look at the astonishing numbers of children five and under healthy caucasin babies bring the prime rate .The state offers only a small incentive for keeping a family together and huge incentives for taking babies into custody and then another incentive when these babies are adopted . STOP SELLING OUR BABIES FOR PROFIT IF YOU ARENT PART OF THE SOLUTION THEN YOURE PART OF THE PROBLEM!!!!REPORT COMMENTS

I like to charge the Sacramento family courts with felonies on the Zyakun VS Main family case. My ex Alina Zyakun and her mother are guilty in trying to defraud the federal government and Judge Thad Blizzard did not want to hear my testimony. I was found innocent of any domestic violence here in Texas, I fought through 3 DVROs in Sacramento and Judge Thad Blizzard authorizes a 4 th hearing when Judge Urie dismissed the 3 prior ones. This violates my civil and constitutional rights I saved my daughter life when my ex wanted to abort her when I told her I was sterileREPORT COMMENTS

these people destroyed my life and my children's lives. they need to be stopped! they are criminal. I have all the proof anybody needs to prove they told lies to the judge and stole my children. I lost my carreer, my home of 10 years, my children, my reputation, and all of my money!!!!! all from false accusations that were proven to be false. the judge didn't want to hear the truth he just did what that corrupt group of dcf workers recommended. I eventually had to sign a tpr under duress!!!!! stop these people!!! stop funding them!!!REPORT COMMENTS

An outrage just doesn't begin to scrape the surface...when society or any part of that society become more concerned about the dollar value or money aspect than they are the mental and physical well-being of any person, let alone that these are children....I would say we have a problem and a big one. Let us not forget that these children's rights are being violated as well as the parent that is being thrown under the bus for protecting their children. I wouldn't think much of anyone who would not do that very thing...protect their children. The statistics of this horrible victimization are rising at an alarming rate, so Americans, just what are we waiting for? We fight for our freedom, do you think maybe we could come together and seek a solution and FIGHT FOR OUR CHILDREN...I pray that our Leaders will see the urgency and necessity in relieving these children and bringing these families back together where they need to be. Thank you!REPORT COMMENTS
