Cancer care is enough of a reason to be careful about what medicare costs the government plans on cutting. An enormous amount of hard working people, who pay the governments salary and contribute to whats left of this countries economy, get cancer every day. Cutting costs end their lives. Ending their lives destroys contributions to the economy, resulting in more cut backs and a step towards an economy worse then the one we currently have. Cut backs in the medical field not only kill our hope for an economic revocery it also kills good human beings. There must be other areas to make cut backs in! -

Cancer is a very serious and deadly disease from which hundreds of thousands of people are dying. We need to improve the treatments. Cuts will hurt the advancement of the radiation treatments of patients.REPORT COMMENTS

It's really a shame. Medicare is the only source of payment for most people retired or on disability. Cancer is a serious illness. Why should these people have to worry about how their medical expenses related to this condition will be taken care of. My mom had cancer and we relied on Medicare as well as other insurance to cover her healthcare cost.REPORT COMMENTS
