I have a sensitive circadian rhythm sleep disorder DST makes an already horrible sleep disorder worse but makes any form of appointments impossible and not just myself others have non-24 and dsps for a normal person changing a sleep/wake cycle for something so stupid as changing the clock it brings on stress and aggravates health problems even for people without any sleep disorders.REPORT COMMENTS

DST needs to end. It makes no sense to have it dark at 5pm rush hour especially during the winter months.
