The emotional trauma is completely devastating to children. Not only does it create drug addicts and alcoholics, it breeds more sexual offenders. TheRev is a fine line between being a victim and being a perpotrator, but once one crosses the line, they are no longer victims. This is an epidemic that must be stopped. Their should never be a chance for rehabilitation at the risk of devastating anther life. -
