I am a mother of 3. My children were taked by CPS in Washoe county there of Reno Nevada. Kactie Swchin, and the courts. My husband was arrested on Decmber 18, 2015 from a misdemeanor that was from 2006. They state took took my kids without any investigation. I should not have had my children taken. My children are very upset and I need them home. It has been Almost 2 months. They have been shuffled around from Kids Kottage and placed in 2 Different foster homes. Why are the state abusing their authority. Can some one please help. I have clean drug test since the day they took them. Again I am a good mother and need my children back.The state made all false alligations and the judge agreed to it Cadence, Katelynn, and Chrisopher Cabral. My daughter was just taken w/out any good reasoning 2 weeks ago, they are claiming emotional abuse bc her father and myself got into an argument and the police were called.. my daughter is only 4 months old!!!! Basically everyone I have reached out to for direction on how to file a complaint and get her back has told me if I want her back I have to just bend over and take it, hard, and without complaints.... our system is corrupt and flawed!!!!REPORT COMMENTS

My ex girlfriend had our son and her daughter for drinking. I tried to keep a relationship with mother and keep her in the right direction my son was given physical custody to me.i was told by the caseworker it was ok to talk to her and have her over as long as my son was not there.later in court my son was taken from me for her being around my home.i have since left my girlfriend for my own reasons. I was lied to over and over by my caseworker who has been on the job 6 months this whole system is corrupt even the judges listen to investigators when mine had no evidence there was no charges for me but now I get no more visitation than my ex girlfriend who has broke the rules over and over and nothing was mentioned in report about me totally unexceptableREPORT COMMENTS

I would like to add to my previous comment. My youngest grandchild was stolen from the hospital by weld County cps workers. Her birth was not registered. The local Vital Statistics office will not issue a birth Certificate for her because the birth was not registered. I question the legality of one facet of Colorado government taking a child that another facet of Colorado government views as a legal non-entity. This agency hides wrongdoing under the phrase "best interests of the child". Back when this respondent mother was the child, This very same system sent her to live with a molester. We are now reaping the repercussions of their bad decision that did not turn out to be in her best interests as a child. This agency only serves their own interests. Her father was almost 50,000.00 behind in child support, denied being her father and had a criminal felony hanging over his head when Weld sent her to him. When he got her she received no grief counseling for the loss of her brother who had been murdered nor did she receive drug treatment. On top of all this the biological father molested her after he got custody. Now that she is a mess, instead of helping her, Weld just wants to bring more grief and loss into her life. The way Dhs treats families in Weld County is a travesty of justice. I am not a party to the case and they have violated my rights without due process. They hide the names of reporting parties but blare out my social security number leaving me at risk for identity theft. Confidentiality somehow doesn't apply to family members who reach out to help and offer children a home. What's wrong with this system? How come they do not use more common sense and consideration than that? The courts let Welfare Dept. get away with way too much. The Department of Social Services is the biggest abuser of children and families in existence.REPORT COMMENTS

I was originly approved to keep my mother and step father away from me and my daughter, and all they did was harrass us. i told everyone that my mom suffers from munchausen syndrome by proxy and other personality disorders and i can prove it but the courts and no one is listening my mother made me sick my kid and my nana, anyhow my mom keeps saying i am bi polar and suicidal and has be committed. and i am not, so cps the police and dhs set me up at munson er and i have the papar work to prove it. my daughter is with my mom and she is making her sick and now they are trying to pin the abuse and MSBP on me. i am done, i have them on tape laying , the cps worker just lied on the stand today as usual. no one has checked out my mother. last summer they said they would never put my kid back with her. they know what my mom is doing to her and i am not going to be a part of that because they are not giving me back my kid. i am getting a new shrink to prove i am not bi polar, my mother stole my medical records proving i was not bi polar and i can't get those records now. the info i have would make for the biggest movie of corruption and i don't want to just go to a michigan court house. i don't trust anyone here after the year of hell and torment. corrupt police, cps. court and familyREPORT COMMENTS

My story is long. But the nation needs to know that where I live, fathers that work hard have NO rights and if you're a rich; local doctor, you can get away with rape. I'm reaching out to anyone that can help and listen. My husband has joint custody of his 2 boys and has for over 5 years (and for almost a year back in 2009, he had temporary full custody because his ex wife had supervised visits with the boys per DHR order). We've been married almost 6 years now and he took in my 2 girls as his own. The jealous ex wife has put us through pure HELL. I have a petition on causes.com that tells our story. Even though he provides them with medical, dental, etc., they're garnishing his pay for more than 500$ a month. They also took his tax return. The original decree was he pay 100$ monthly to her that started in 2007. Do the math. They didn't count any of it! This garnishment started in November 2015. It forced us into bankruptcy; we had to discontinue our cable, cell phones, and much more. We have the boys every other week meaning we have them just as much as she does! We are dealing with Talladega county AL; a backwoods, dated court system. The judge didn't care that 4 children will suffer greatly for this. The ex-wife gets the FULL amount of food stamps each month and she doesn't even have the boys full time! My husband makes 20$ an hour and his weekly pay check is 180-250$. Our bankruptcy cost is 200$ a week for the next 4 years because the bankruptcy judge wanted us to keep our trucks. Did I mention she's had 4 child abuse cases against her, was arrested for domestic violence, and had supervised visit with the boys? Yet, this system still makes my husband pay for her mistakes! She was awarded 5500$ from my husband because they had a trailer together long ago. She was gonna have it repossed, so he kept it and made the payment. She claimed he refused to give it to her even though both names were on the trailer !! We have a new court date tomorrow in a different county, where the original divorce took place. Different judge involved as well. If they don't help us, we don't know what we will do. Hard working fathers have NO rights here! Not only is this going on, but a close friend of mine was ignored in grand jury last Thursday, with the same court system that has ruined our lives. She's a massage therapist and a local doctor came in as a client. He RAPED her in her office then proceeded to pay everyone off to shut up about it. She went to the local hospital here and went through the agonizing process of getting her rape kit. The court refuses to let her use it in trial, and his DNA showed up on it! They told her they'd let her know something soon during her grand jury trial. All they allowed was her testimony. There was a second victim that came forward, but the "good" doctor paid her a measley 5000k to keep quiet. They are not going to help her! We are teaming up and going to the media.
