There is no justice in the dallas tx family courts. My eyes have been opened to just how corrupt our "justice" system is. My first amendment rights were taken away. I might as well be living in a communist country since every move I make is ordered by the court. Why do they call America the land of the "free"? I guess you only have liberties if you're not divorced, otherwise you're discriminated against and told where to live, what to say, how to parent your child, etc. This type of oppression creates misery for all. Myself and my children have been destrouyed by DSS in SC for goin on 2yrs now and they are still getting away with their crap and it needs to be stopped..ok so we are in debt way past our eyes,eliminate CPS funding for fostercare bonuses and adoptive bonuses that feed these agencies into destroying our families!!!! make a huge impact on the country,and believe that not all children are better off in fostercare,becuz mine sure as hell are not better!REPORT COMMENTS

My wife is black,and I am white. We have 3 children. I was in Texas(helping my sick mother). When my wife ,and children where passing threw Fort wayne Indiana.When cps took our Children. They are still in custody. Racism,is involved.my children have been in 3 differnt foster homes since 01-2011.we live in Baltimore md. When I went to the first hearing in 02-2011.They had me listed as a Black man,they are covering up alot of thing's. So much is going on. My wife is having to go back in forrh from Baltimore md to Fort Wayne In. To be with our other children. their will be another hearing 08-22-11. I have not seen my children since 03-2011.But my wife still see's them every week.I lived half my life in France. Can You Please Help that We get Our Children back.REPORT COMMENTS

our family has been fighting for 14 years to get our children out this system that do not see humanbeings just dollar signs we have yet to become free as the 13th admend said when will our voices make a difference in our families lives and the children they over rule court orders and when you complain they come after you even though the children are taken the destroy all life and leave shells in its place that they then call displaced while they wear different titles called professionals contract of intrest contract of conflict contract of conflict of laws they work for dss and acs cps and are froster parents for the same agences that accuse the families their families friends are frostering our children while they will not lose them until there is no more payments then they set upon another set of families while the government fund them pay them their checks tax rebates and any other they receive and no one find anything wrong with these actions they sentence never taking oaths they circumvent cases they are under trained yet they curry many titles and they change daily with out further training yet the courts are allowing the abuse to go on because their families are never accused that i personly do not under stand yet it is public record no one is interested in our stories because it is not happening to themselves so it is not important to anyone except the ones it has happened to and it goes on until the child turn 171/2 then they lose intrest and kick them to the street left feeling their families for got them not knowing they were brainwashed as these same persons agents brainwash the public into thinking the programs are not working 14 years we have had the agency sco after name change for fraud in 2005 from saint chrisphter ottidle located in glen glove long island the main office and the slum office is located in brooklyn new york on fulton street they were given a second chance also acs when the feds busted them yet they never receive jail time nor lose their jobs they keep getting away with their crimnal acts without being held accountable to anyone when do it stop who can stop them well our GOD has a suprise for them their rain of abuse and pathologitical lieing is coming to an we must keep praying and standing fighting for the freedom of our children is the most important thing aside from praying we can do will our president help our families befor leaving office only God knows we pray for all they charged abuse and inapproiate behavior for praying with the children all communication was stopped 4 years ago for the grandmother and in 2007 for the mother for the same reason and for 14 years they have called it legal and in the best intrest of the children yet they had to drug them no court order acs approved the drugs the antisocial behavior has greater impacks on lives then any abuse ever done by any parent other then killing their children my heart is heavy yet the battle is not mine it is the Lords and we will prevail no matter howREPORT COMMENTS

DHS in Fairfield Iowa has just closed a child abuse case involving the mother and live in boyfriend with definate proof of abusing a 2 yr. old child. Their investigation lasted 29 days, and nothing was done to either abuser, and the childrens father is now in court fighting for the rights of his girls. DHS is a joke, and I am going to do what ever I can to make this known in this county. Anyone have any suggestions where to start?REPORT COMMENTS
