my grandson was taken by c,p,s on 12/28/2011 and we are native american indian and have been trusting the( ICWA ACT ) to give justice in this case ,i never thought in the united states of america where men and woman are being killed in war to up hold are freedoms,And to meet such a state agency (DES) people not the KGB,OR RED CHINA!!! and ill be damed they gave these crazy*****food stamp stamping wierdo's the abilty to be god and steal baby's and then with all this power they found a way to make money on the blood of good loving familys by taking bonuses for finding childern under three.you can scream and cry and keep bumping into walls that were built way before you got there , the first time i came across these type of people(az state) was about ten years ago and it scared the******out of me ,so right from the begining i was throwing punches right with them and im not scared this time ..a little man they still hold wuthout just cause depends on me to give all my soul and honor to get him back and fight i will!!,my son is 100% innocent and i can proof it !!!! and i have pics of my grandson being abused in there care..but they still keep up the dirty court room childish games, and i intend on ,and demand justice from the united states dept,of justice these instatutions are set up for us and we pay there pay checks so make them earn it people it would be nice to see the goverment come in and put these people in there place and they will find files and hundreds of documents proofing that they are in the wrong and return all those baby's that were stolen ,,i will keep on with this dream i just pray it comes true..someone has to hear there little cry's to come home...thank you...... oh one more thing (CNN)(CBS)(ABC)(NANCY GRACE)(JANE VELEZ)(TALK SHOWS)(THE PAPERS)*(ALL MEDIA)(YOUR CONGRESSMEN)(SENATORS)(FACEBOOK)(DR, PHILL)(THE PERSIDENT OF YOUR UNITED STATES)(AND GOD) -

my son was taken by cps going on two months now. i have never abused my son,my god he's two and a half, we are native american and the judge denied my tribe and the icwa act twice now.and they won't place him with my family members either.they are falsifying doc.because they have no case.these poeple have stolen my son,and when i finally got a visit at the cps office he had huge knots and bruises on his forhead and body while in there care.trial is on the 15th of march 2012.I am terrified. and i am a loving father with a loving family.we are broken and scared.please help 602-772-6949. this must be stopped emediately. we need to get this to the press and the public now!!!loudly like nancy grace/hln/cnn.facebook help put it out to the public everyone hurry!!!REPORT COMMENTS

I have wittnessed the corruption in the family court system first hand, here in Tulsa County Oklahoma. I have seen where who has the money is the one that wags the dog of the family court system. The public defenders office of Tulsa County, was charged with doing what was in the best intrest of the child and in turn has helped alienate kids from their parents, by going out on a limb and doing what they want when they want without evidence. The due process of the law here in Tulsa County, OK has fallen to the wayside of corruption.REPORT COMMENTS

I always believed in the legal system and our courts, until I experience the corruption that destroyed a little boys life and put him back into the nightmare that even Stephen King would have been frightened to have lived through. The child was eleven years old and cried to the Judge to not make him go back to a mother who sexually, mentally and physically abussed him. The Gardian ad Litem would not listen to teachers, counsellors, doctors, therapists or even friends or family, for over four years to not make him see his mother on visits without being suppervised. He forced this child to have physical contact with the person the child feared most. There is more to this story and it is scary. Could anyone help? No! At least, no one wanted to help. The Guardian ad Litem collected over $7000.00 to harm this child and he got away with it! The lawyer collected $1200.00n a year doing nothing, not even a court hearing. I have been involved with the corrupt family court system in Broward County Florida for about 6 years now. I consider myself a fairly sain and rational individual. What I have witnessed in this corrupt and injust system would be enough to drive anyone over the edge. The corruption runs rampant from the judges, attorneys, CPS,DOR,GAL,Psychologists and law enforcement agencies.There is great harm being done to the children and the courts do not care........I have written letters to Senators,Congressmen and Florida's grand jury investigation division with nothing being done. They just delegate the responsibility to some other group or agency that does nothing........ Furthermore, I have contacted numerous news media outlets in the South Florida area . They all refused to do a news report on this subject matter. One was the SUN-SENTINEL , and the others were channel 7 and 10. As we can all see, a problem does exist. But, our elected government officials fail to do anything about it.....The time has come for justice to be served . Please sign the petition and tell others about this. iam a victim of amarillo cps they have destroyed my family stole all four of my children it all started back when i was 8 years old. now that i was pregant with twins and put in the hospital for a week my oldest to kids were at my sister at the time kartrissa deubalt pam pollared brttiany potter walked in my hospital room and said that thay had custody over my two kids so cps had the amarillo police department handcuff me to the bed because i had taffic warrents and did not even read me my rights. so i went to plea on theses tickets and cps had me picked right back up in put me in potter county for a week because i refused to let them have my kids. so walked in the courthouse in shackles and a jumpsuit and put me on the stand and just kept on calling me a bad parent. i did all the services cps has provided for me and still nothing has change i know i messed up by smoking majuana but thats the only thing that would keep me from throwing up. so when the twins were born april 6 2010 , katrissa and brittany soical workers had the hospital bsa put the twins in the nic unit and the hospital had the twins hooked up to all the things starved them foe two days denied me to feed the twins my breast milk. so the next day i go see them the hospital denied me access to the nic unit said katrissa and brittany had a court order we ased to see it she did show it so i left and the hospital called a was apolygizing because nobody had a court order cps was on the way to get one.my four children have been suffing from amarillo cps abuse for far to long my kids seen heared and felt everything under the hands of child protective services. Katrissa and brittany has sign my name on papers put my son on a pychoise drug my kids were drity everytime they came vist nose dirty hair toes fingernails clothes that dont fit take there things from them cut their hair told them lies kids had lead poisoning brusies notts . well i had to send my kids seven hundared miles away so would not termate my parental rights. i laywers daivd gets and chris hess and all they did was take my money and gave cps my kids all cps does is pay people off and steal our kids what gives them the right to judge corhoced me in to things that i did not want to do cps destroys familes they dont help.Texas cps is out of control can somebody please help my heart be at ease.REPORT COMMENTS

CPS/Family Court abuse needs to stop. Loving parents, who arent perfect, are losing their children unconstitutionally. Our poor children are suffering in temp foster homes +adoptive homes for CPS to get bonuses every fiscal year.
