This is very unfair and HUGE misuse of power. To Who it May Concern, My name is Amy Andersen and my purpose for writing this letter is to make a formal complaint regarding the misconduct and illegal discrimination I have received under Judge George Pulver Jr. of Greene County Family Court in Catskill, New York . My case involves the custody of my 7 year old daughter who was taken from me by Judge Pulver by illegal discrimination and hearsay alone. My story is very complicated, but I will do my best to keep things short and to the point. On July 11, 2011 my ex-husband Lars Andersen was given full custody of my daughter and I was to receive supervised visitation. This is what happened. Up until last year, my husband, my daughter, and myself lived together, I was a stay at home mom and dedicated every minute of my life to raising, nurturing, and loving my little girl, we were NEVER apart, that is up until Lars met another woman that he wanted to be with. Within one week I was forced out of our home and unable to take my daughter with me because the only place I had to go was to my mother in CT and I was not allowed to take my daughter out of state. I was devastated and terrified to be forced to leave her with an alcoholic and abusive father who?s only interest was to destroy me by taking away the one thing that mattered the most to me. My little girl is my life, my soul, and my heart. She is my EVERYTHING. Over the ten years I stayed with my husband I endured unspeakable abuse, both mental and physical, but I never reported it for fear of what he would do if I did. His threats terrified me. Upon being forced from my home I immediately petitioned the court for custody of my daughter. On our first day of court my ex-husband accused me of abusing my legally prescribed medication Vicodin, which I took to control the pain of my Fibromyalgia. Upon hearing that false accusation, Judge Pulver did not order me to take a drug test, as he should have, instead, HE DENIED ME! He merely went on the lies and hearsay of my ex-husband and remanded me to join a drug treatment center in CT with monthly reports sent to him regarding my progress in treatment, even though I in no way needed treatment. We were in the court room for less then 3 minutes, I was not allowed to approach and defend myself in any way, I was in absolute shock and dismay because I was not abusing my medication and I was denied my legal right to take a drug test to prove it. Because of this indiscretion my-ex husband was given temporary full custody of my daughter and I was to receive SUPERVISED visitation once a week until our next court date 3 months later. SUPERVISED? ONCE A WEEK? I have NEVER spent more then a few hours away from my daughter since she was born, she is my entire life. The next day I frantically researched the facilities in my area and found a great program in my area called the APT foundation, I was immediately assessed by their physician, and upon telling them my story and that IREPORT COMMENTS

Good and fit parents are losing their children at alarming rates, our innocent children are now nameless, faceless, dollar signs that can be lost to the "system" in the blink of an eye. Guardian ad Litems are running and ruling the Family Court, and if you are the "poor soul" that he/she has NOT sided with, well you might as well say your good-byes. Gone are the days we felt secure that fairness, justice, and truth will prevail. Hello to the days of corruption, bias, discrimination, denial of our Constitutional Rights as an American citizen, denial of Due Process, denial of our right to face our accusers, denial of our right to Trial by a jury of our peers, should I go on????? Where have our Parental Rights gone? When did it become ok to "steal children" for absolutely NO reason what-so-ever? When did heresay, lies and false accusations with ABSOLUTELY NO PROOF warrant a judicial ruling??? Money talks, and it can and WILL make it possible to "buy" your own children in this so-called "Court of Law" so if you don't have quite enough money, but you are rich in love for your children, I am sorry to say that it is not enough. You could be the most loving and nuturing parent that has spent every moment of your life dedicated to raising and adoring your children, but if you are unfortunet enough to end up in the Family Court System here, you had better say your prayers. If you are not a "big shot", if you were not born and raised here, or if worse of all you cannot afford a high powered attorney and have to rely on a court appointed attorney, you basically have NO chance of keeping your precious children. This is an absolute attrocity, it is completely and totally unlawful and as corrupt as it can get, YET it is all happening RIGHT HERE IN CATSKILL, NY, right under our noses, right before our eyes, and NOBODY WILL BE THE FIRST TO BRING THIS JUDICIAL CORRUPTION INTO THE LIGHT! What is it going to take for someone to do something about this attrocity, about our babies being taken out of our arms for NO JUST REASON?! Does one child have to die from being placed with an abuser, or does two or three??? Tell me Catskill,,,,WHATS IT GOING TO TAKE???REPORT COMMENTS

My best friend is having her life tore away from her. Sat in court waiting all day 8am - 5:00 pm and they took it off the docket and moved it and never informed her. She asked the officer that checked her in at lunch break to please find out what was going on. The officer forgot. She has to wait for 3 weeks to see her son in court and no one cares or is helping her.REPORT COMMENTS

I too have been violated by the system. My kids have been taken away after a report that was filed over 2 months ago claiming my children where in danger & living in an unsafe environment. My children also are native American and were removed w/o notice to the tribe. If they were so in danger why wait over 2 months to remove them and to my belief violate the Indian Child Welfare Act?? San Bernardino social worker Darren Guentert had an obvious agenda from the beginning. He filled his reports with lies and rhetoric and went as far as to perjure himself. When I pointed out the lies to my appointed attorney they got brushed aside and never delt with so as to become evidence I was truly non offending and the offending mom was not living with me at the time of the removal witch took place at the hospital at the time of birth. Under section 361.2 I was entitled to custody and was never advised of this right. You have to make sure and hire your own lawyer and seek your own service providers for reunification or you risk being set up for failure. I was referred to Annette Jenkins a family counselor in Rialto CA This lady is a horror of the court bought and paid for by children and family services. Heads up... If this is a CPS REFFERAL look else were. It could cost you your child. She depends on the agency for her livelihood. And her reports will be biased and geared toward what the social worker wants to hear to support the workers agendaREPORT COMMENTS
