An actual Government sponcered agency to protect children was not formed until 1962 whos job was to remove abused and neglected children from their abusers, which was definately a benefit and service to the abused children. By the year 1974 there were 60,000 cases reported annualy, by 1980 the cases exceeded one million, by 1990 it topped 2 million and by the year 2000 the cases hovered around 3 million. WHAT DO YOU THINK THE TREND IS HERE???? DRUG ABUSE!!!! NOT CHILD ABUSE!!!!! SOMETHING DIFFERENT NEEDS TO BE DONE!!!! My opinion is that all the money that is put into foster care should be used to create rehabilitation centers for the whole family. REMOVING THE CHILD IS NOT IN THEIR BEST INTREST!!!! A family Holochost is going on here right under our noses. My personal experience with C.P.S. in the county of Maui Hawaii was that of great injustice!!!!! Something needs to be done. I think its quite amazing that most of the people that are employed by C.P.S. in the state of Hawaii are unable to have their own children either due to medical reasons or sexual orientation. That should be a RED FLAG!! And anyone, including Michelle Obama, if put under the microscope would be deamed an onfit parent. Too much power is given to these people. CPS was implemented with the wonderful intent to rescue children. The Social Security Act along with other federal monetary incentives have made the unconstitutional seizure of children( even in cases unfounded) to be quite profitable and a means of extorting federal funds used as supplemental budget money to communities. Most attorneys we interviewed stated, the family court and cps to be the most corrupt and unlawful agencies to contend with. One prominent attorney we spoke to stated" you can not win against them since they do not have to follow the same lawful rules of procedure as other courts and do not need to uphold any parents" Constitutional rights" No politician has the tenacity to challenge CPS after all who would wish to challenge an agency put in place for the " best interests of children" .Sadly, a overwhelming number of prison inmates came out of our" wonderful foster care system". Statistics do prove that since CPS was put in place the percentage of children murdered, abused, physically and sexually has doubled with the majority of cases being children adopted, or in foster homes or juvenile facilities.This number could be much higher since CPS fails in a majority of cases to investigate complaints lodged at foster caregivers. CPS has forgotten their purpose and needs to be overhauled. Actual , legitimate abuse cases need to be investigated by professional people and to be heard with justice served before real courts of record. As long a there are secret family courts corruption will run rampart. What is going on now is basically "kidnapping and abuse by the very system set in place to protect these children. CPS and family courts are destroying the future of our children and America. Children do not deserve this. It wrong in every sense of the word and someone needs to step up to the plate...others will follow.REPORT COMMENTS

I can't believe how corrupt the system is, lawyers will commit fraud, extortion and mislead the court and lie about fees and then threaten you with jail. All for their own personal monetary gain. They keep you in a trap. Its sad my children do not have a father because of this. How can I bring this to court when its so corrupt and biased. What a sham on the american public. My casemanager has lied in court and commited perjury and falsified court documents. She will not do her job as it comes to perserveing our family but is dragging our case out to termination to adopt out 3 of our children, then coming after the youngest two one of which isnt born yet and heres the kicker our oldest will get lost in the system and the case manager even told the oldest one that this is what she plans on doing. This should prove she is not for reunifying our family but ripping it apart while hiding behind their kpersona of family reunification. Gibson County is as corrupt as they come. I feel so helpless! My son and his wife married young and have had six children. They have battled domestic violence by way of arguing and fighting in a few casses. but aare both awsome parents! My son has made it his buisseness to be everything his father wasnt! and he is great at it! I had my grandchildren as to avoid them being put into foster care. I was then harrassed by the local department of social services. So much so I had to let them go back into foster care.I was forced onto welfare because they said i had to get services for my whole house! (I make over 80 thousand a year) I concidder this a gross missuse of funding. Please step in, Please step in. My son is still in court and have just lost his rights to his children this past week! and now has court for his last child! the cour also has nor respect for thier religious belifes. and look down on the poore kids for honoring thier marrital vows! I mean how often do you see a man and woman married with 6 children and all the children are from thier marriage! they were and are being condemned for being stand up people. Hmm although there is a seperation of church and state its funny how a family court given its broad descretionary powers persicutes people worse that felony criminal court and has zero compassion for families..Or thats at least the reoccuring theeme!REPORT COMMENTS

Child service in broome county binghamton ny have ruinrd my family! they start saying they are about keeping families together,but that is a lie. my husband and i did in fact have serriouse domestic problems. Howewver they wouldnt let us handle them by way of counceling! it had to be compleete seperation and the plan was for good! but they dont say that in court only behind the sceens. the also try to pit my husband and I together against eachother!. they have abused my children more than them hearing thier parents argue ever could. They have been bounced from foster home to foster home and we have been in court over 5 years!!! they put orders of protection and force settlement offers that make you feel like if you dont take them they will frown on you and just take your kids and give them away! the court doesnt enforce the visitation they set and the system that is supposed to help people who have these problems is abused as a forum to ensure federal and state funds for the region! And god forbid there is a character conflict or you rub someone the wrong way or let them know you know what thier doing is wrong .. they will fabricate if nrcissary and paint you as uncooperative! this needs to STOP!! Life after divorce is destroyed for good, lot of parents commit suicide. Some of us are in our 50-es with 10 more years of child support to go, still no mercy from family courts extorting the last penny from us every single month. Concentration camp of child support, whether or not you have a job. Paying medical support whether ex carries medical insurance on child or not... Why should there be a Primary custody if things change yearly with the economy, parents losing bearings, children's needs changing?! Either there should be no child support or be just enough to support a child of a certain age. The system is so viciously corrupt they destroy the country, destroy beliefs, destroy families, destroy children - forever. Family court is nothing short of militia, a regime, bluntly terroristic money laundering, child kidnapping, racketeering, legalized extortion mob. Stop corruption in family courts. Return children to parents!!! Establish Justice System vs. fascistic regime with judges immune to everything including US Constitution. I'm a mother of 5 who left her marriage because of abuse. No one and I mean no one in the Missouri family courts not even my lawyer took into consideration I had an ex parte against him for trying to run me off the road with our sons in the car!!! I was told I had no proof and that I should just agree to the week on week off or could end up w even less! I was a stay at home mom for 8 years nursed our younger son for 18 months he was 3 when I left so I went from being their only caregiver bc my ex worked and when he wasn't he was with friends hunting fishing or "helping" friends which I found out was really cheating time!!! Now I'm forced to only have 2 weeks out of the month with them and he is turning them against me! I took nothing from the marriage nothing!!! Just to prove I jut wanted my kids!! No one in Missouri listens! I have 3 female friends who have lost custody and only get every other weekend!! Something I seriously wrong!!!REPORT COMMENTS
