Our situation is with Lubbock Texas CPS, we live in Pasadena, Texas, my son and his wife who is mentally ill and has been commited several times, his ex while living in Lubbock lost our grandson through CPS and when my son tried to go get him since he is the Father and in his divorce papers it states he is Joint Managing Conservator and should of been called, Instead CPS gave grandson to Paternal grandmother, she refuses our family from contact with him, CPS says only temporary till hearing, now we at a point where CPS is trying to give full adoption rights to the maternal grandmother because he has lived with her over a year, of course he has, CPS planned it that way, The grandmother had even told us she would be glad for my son to go pick up his child but she had to do it legally, Now we have another hearing coming up, the last time,CPS lied and now want to terminate my son's rights for not going three times a month visitation to see my grandson, we are about 800 miles away and he still has to keep his job to pay child support, CPS made it impossible with their set plans of things they wanted my son to do before the hearing. It is so unfair, We as Grandma and Grandpa have a great home, lots of love to give our grandson and His Dad wants his son, It's his son, he is the father, It is a true nightmare on what we have been going through. -

What cps and the courts have done in this county is wrong, I see on the news everyday about someone being bullied but its okay for the police and cps to do it to people in sault ste marie right? My daughter was ripped away from me by my ex's mother, who is mentally ill, with alcohol and drug problems. Just to promote grandparent rights. Even though my child is being emotionally, mentally, physically, and sexually abused, medically neglected and physically neglected by her grandmother. The "Good Ol Boy" system is in full affect, even with the law enforcement agencies. CPS has falsified reports, made workers that were concerned, outraged and saw the abuse and neglect dissapear. And turned around and charged me with neglect when their reason does not even fit the departments definition of neglect, when the woman was being investigated for the 4th time and the sexual abuse was supposedly finally being investigated. I did what my lawyer and child's pediatrician told me to do.Her unsubstantiated allegations with absolutely no proof are being taken and written as fact in CPS and court documents, yet my documented proof has been written off as unsubstantiated allegations. A social worker was permitted without consequence to show up to my home DRUNK and to become my daughter's grandmother's drinking buddy. Anyone that has been willing to speak out to help protect my child has been silenced, and reports destroyed. A judge having direct dealings in the case engaged in a prior romantic and sexual relationship with the grandmother. Medical notes at the hospital have been altered, a pediatrician threatened into silence, another pediatrician discredited. This woman has been permitted to commit fraud, notary fraud, signature fraud, irs fraud, permitted to assualt me, stalk me, harrass me, destroy my name, make me lose employments, have me arrested, she has commit purgury, and a long list of misdemeanor, felony, and federal crimes that no ones cares to pay attention to that I have proof of. Court orders have been seriously skewed to all her whims, what the judges have ruled doesn't mean anything, even sending order for review to an attorney that no longer represented me so that I could not object to changes, and a lawyer representing me to make deals behind my back and not even notifying me of changes. Getting thtreatened by a paralegal since the grandmother claimed I wasnt living where I acurately said I was, since she saw a vehicle LIKE mine at another residence. The case being lost, case file dissapearing and continually winding up hidden in the superior court office. The case has been tanked by lawyers and judges, even a report from a CPS certified physician for sexual abuse being "misplaced" for weeks while it was altered (the physician saw clear signs of abuse and told me that he would fight for my child to come home) there has even been witness tampering, lawyer tampering, evidence tampering, etc. I have been railroaded and my child made to suffer. And it's been almost 1.5 years since I've been able to see my little girl, by no choice of mine. I never harmed my little girl. It's appalling how lies are taken as fact, corruption is okay, and the tREPORT COMMENTS

California CPS and WIC 355 is inviolation of the Indian Child Welfare Act of 1978 witten by congress to protect Indians herritage. Judges don't abide by the ICWA law either. Dependency Representation Administration Funding and Training (DRAFT) is a contract set up by the Administration of Courts to by pass county financial responsibility and as a result Attorneys do not act ethically because the DRAFT limits how much they get paid and for what. Since California is running on a deficit, then there is money for attorneys to act responsibily. it siays the system is underfunded by millions of dollars.REPORT COMMENTS

I am a disabled parent who recently had my child put into foster care because I told her GAL I was overwhelmed with case workers coming in for home therapy 7 days a week, and that I felt depressed over my husband having cancer and my daughter being mentally ill. Three days later I was served with a protection order, and 5 days after that she was placed into Foster Care through the courts. Since then me being unable to drive because I am an epileptic seems to make me unfit as a parent. I am crushed by this, going through my husbands second battle with cancer (he has his last chemo treatment this week) has been one life altering event in its own, having two life altering events since all of this with my child is just too much too bear. I feel that I could have PTSD because of what they have done to me, and I don't know what to do about it. I am considering hiring an attorney and filing a civil law suit against the courts and social services but I have been told by the family attorneys that it will just anger Social Services and cause it to be harder for me to get my child back, who is 14 btw. On March 1st, 2013 Me and my daughter father unjustly lost our parental rights to our amazing, my sole purpose in life, and gift from God, 2 yr old baby girl, my daughter. I did the programs, classes, drug test, evaluations, med management, weekly therapy that I still attend and pay on my own, have a great career, a new apartment, have arranged daycare, have letter from doctors I am fit to care for my daughter, but still I lost my rights! now my sister wants to adopt her with no or very limited contact CPS has lied under oath, the judge was bias and contradicted herself, as well as allowed this unlawful process to take place under her watch This is WRONG, PLEASE HELP ME APPEAL THIS Decision, as I feel I have a Supreme Court Case on my hands I look forward to talking with one of your legal advisors soon regarding these heartless acts of CPS, the City Counsel, and Judge Carol Isackson in San Diego, CA at the Juvenile Court on Meadow Lark Dr., in Dept 5.
