This corruption has so drastically affected our whole family, and caused irreparable damage to our grandchild in Missouri. We don't feel we live in America, we feel we are living in a foreign country, with no laws and everyone speaks a foreign language - and our grandson has been kidnapped by our own government. I live in a small town where there is nothing good about it, not even the law or CPS. I lost all my children and throughout my battle I was never even offered assistance, only demands that had nothing to do with why my children were removed.. by the way was only becasuse I did not have a place to live, was paying $45 a dayt in a clean motel with food and safety. Not good enough for them ..Why were my babies, my life removed and now kept from the only one that has been there for them through it all?> I am powerless. It has messed me up sooo bad. This small town has it out for me and my family these 2 children were my last 2, Cps had terminated my parental rights to 2 other kids of mine who are now 12 and 10 . I am just sick and tired of my Constatutional rights being violated as well as my childrens. The sad part about it all is that nothing is being done about the department violating laws that is illegal. They are govermental workers who should be held accountable for their acctions. they are causing more harm to the children then they are protecting them. Now i am once again back in the system and they are trying to terminate my parental rights and why? Why is nothing being done to these workers? I want the neccessary help to fight them and sue, and i will find it!!REPORT COMMENTS

I am amazed of how much money is being made off of children in the system. I am even more amazed they are putting children with foster parents who are not providing a better environment. I cannot understand divorced couples that show sexual abuse from the father in divorce cases end up taking the children from the mom and putting them with the abuser. Then in the poor person on Tanf with children. They pull a child for ER emergency into foster care even though the mother was treating the finger and had doc appt. The mother is then portrayed as a dangerous person.Her child had been bitten by a chinchilla and even the judge stated in the transcripts that an animal bite is a dangerous thing. However looking on the hospitals website it stated how to care for a chinchilla bite. To clean the wound and a band aide. They all fed into it and even had the social worker himself tell the physician assistant to dig deeper on the child's finger when no pus was found. Then blame my sister for infecting it.She made min wage and had to pay $500 a month child support. She did not beat her kids or sexually abuse them. She was involved for a dirty house .Was charged neglect had to not drink for a year and do ua's plus family therapy once a week. Then after the bite to child, she had individual therapy, group therapy , us;s and structured vitiation once a week until they terminated her .I tried to sue and intervene when we saw the lies on some of the reports but couldn't get anyone to go against the county and take the case. So they get away with it. No voice at the adjudication hearing to show her side, they just railroaded her all the way to termination.REPORT COMMENTS

I have been with Schoharie County DSS for many yrs cause as I get done or almost they file another violation on me.. I started in 2005 myself and my husband we had split up and we at the time were using drugs so we signed our kids to there grandparents before DSS got involved but DSS put there nose in and got involved.. We then jumped through hoops and did drug court and all these counseling that costed us about $7000 total between 2 of us and of course u needed to pay to get out.. we finally had did all and 19mos later got our kids back but DSS did not get out of our lives for 4yrs.. then we moved on lived our lives for some yrs but they ALWAYS TOLD US THEY WOULD BE BACK.. and they were again in 2010 me and spouse had some issues and split up again at this time my kids had been affected and daughter depressed and our then 12yr old son was having issues mentally and was diagnosed BIOAPOAL they said due to me. And my spouse but actually cause of what happened yrs ago and was going through that seperation anxiety since the day they came in our lives and was angry.. we then proceeded to get our son mental help and was hospitialized 2 times they swore it was 3 times but wasn't we had all medical records and proof.. then the file to be in our lives again and refrain alchol and drug use which they had no proof of any of our life.. then when we seperated I myself had left the home with 3 out of 4 of my kids then.. within a day or so DSS was back in cause of domestic violence and used all of our past issues against us.. but when they showed up to take statements and of course to DRUG TEST me.. I was PRESCRIBED HYDROCODINE for migranes my doctor ordered and then they asked to count my pills I said NO I wasn't working with them this time.. and also know they have no right to count without police coming in to do so, but then again DSS believes they r the LAW.. I knew my rights and a lot of law issues cause my sister has worked for my lawyer yrs ago and has helped me with law issues.. so they tried filing violation then but as drug testing me they noticed a rolled up dollar bill and accused me of doing drugs.. which I said I wasn't snorting anything as they said and told them "TO LOOK UP MY DAMN NOSE" I knew and they didn't care and called Cobleskill Police as they said my drug test came back I HAD HYDROS and PCP and I said "NO WAY I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW WHAT IT WAS OR EVER TOUCHED IT" later on realizing I was on DEPREESION MEDS CALLED EFFEXOR which comes back as a false postive on stick test sometimes.. they then said they were calling the kids father to come get them and the older ones didn't want to go so asked where else they could go for the night I proceeded to tell them my sister.. COP showed up and said there was no proof there to remove them and they said with my PAST and everything they woould just remove kids for NIGHT I could meet them at DSS at 1 the next day to figure out what was going on and to return kids back.. IT WAS A LiE.. THEY told 9 I didnREPORT COMMENTS

My boys, 6 and almost 2, have been out if my home for 2 months. When the police showed up at my door, I was helping my son put suckers on Valentine's cards to take to school. They are luckily with their aunt and uncle now, but of course that wasn't until after they had been placed in foster care because I was not given the opportunity to try to call anyone to come get them when they were taken. My fiance and I got an attorney after being turned down for a court appointed atty although only one of us was working and we were broke from having to live in hotels while they claimed that our home was unfit for human habitation. We were never even given a reason as to why we were denied.So we chose an atty that works with family court as a guardian ad litem, thinking that he would be able to navigate us through this horrible process. I now believe that he is only working to keep his good standing with the judge, as he told us not to fight the adjudication, even though the test results on our home came back negative and no documents from the court that we have seen have been a true depiction of the incident that led to my children's removal. The documents that we have produced to prove that the allegations are untrue have not been presented to anyone with the court or CPS. There is so much more to this situation but it would take me all day to write, and I don't know that I would be able to keep from breaking down while writing it. I have my ONE HOUR WEEKLY SUPERVISED VISIT in a few hours, and I don't want to be distraught while I'm with my babies for the EIGHTH HOUR SINCE THEY WERE TAKEN TWO MONTHS AGO.REPORT COMMENTS

My 2 grandsons have been removed after a police involved incident involving our & the boys parents homes (a duplex we both live in). Although we have proof positive that the allegations are not as claimed, my daughter & fiance are jumping hoops while asking how high to jump ( their atty. leading) with more & more hoops lining up. The judge nor cps workers have any interest in the document or statements made AFTER the police statements have been shown (much coercion involved). The parents have been ordered into drug court even though there has been no court hearing. All this being put down to " pre-ponderance of evidence" yet the evidence showing that the situation was not as was said has not been allowed to enter imto the case. I am so distraught & confused & having feelings of hopelessness. Myself & my husband have even beem found to be parties to having abusef & neglected the children. Document states that we all failed to ensure their safety, education, nutrition & medical well- being. The school aged child went to school while in parents care but when cps became involved he missed more than 30 days. So much more to be addressed but not in this form . We are lucky that at least ( for now) the boys are with their aunt & uncle who are absolutely the NEXT best place to home. The older child has some special ways of looking at life & is extremely intelligent & perseptive but becomes quite stressed in events causing changes in routine. CPS does not take these things into consideration. We are terribly concerned sonce our CPS has vonyracted out to Bringing Families Together ( an adoption agency) . We need this resolved asap for the sake of these & many other wrongfully terrorized children & their families. "pre-ponderance of evidence" ? INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY....... and... STOP TERRORIZING THE CHILDREN! ( by the way, the children were in foster "care" for a week plus until my other daughter coyld jump through some hoops & the children had not had hair brushed,been bathed, not had teeth brushed, etc.... The foster people had been pushing whatever their religion is onto the boys although that is not supposed to happen.REPORT COMMENTS
