They tore my family apart and used their time limits against me by postponing court dates then when the time lint was up they changed the goal to adoption and are trying to force us to sign over our rights. I have 4 children two which are in placement and I have done all they required to get them back yet still they have not been returned home. These workers and judges get away with raping these loving families of their rights by doing their job when its convenient for them and we are left to suffer more importantly our children suffer and their innocence is disturbed.REPORT COMMENTS

My 4 baby's were taken by cps on Thursday night over false allegations, we even had poof there are false.. They Accuse my husband of Being in danger of hurting one of our kids and kidnapping and leaving to Florida they even set an Amber alert. I known him for 11 years and I know he would never hurt his baby's. If only they could feel the pain they have cause us and our family. Sad thing is they won't be with us on Thanksgiving. This is to inform you that the Torres children were found in their home with their mother and father who in fact is not a danger to his wife or children. My brother and sister-in-law have been attacked by the CPS system and harsh false allegations have been made about my brother. But that is all that they are, false allegations. The authorities were informed where they were by me after talking to my brother. The Texas CPS filed an amber alert without properly studying the evidence and improper information as the car that was posted on the amber alert was my own and not my brother's. We have not understood what is going on but we are asking government officials to help with regards to this matter but unfortunately the system has failed again and no help have been given to my family. The deceptions and lies have not only tarnish our family's name but put my nieces and nephews lives in danger. They have taken them out of their safe and happy home and place them in only God knows what kind of environment. My family is in disbelieve over all the deceptions and malicious lies CPS along with other government officials have said. All of this makes me wonder just how far our civil liberties can be taken away from us. How a man who has never put a hand on his children be condemned by the law without any proof. Ask yourself one question if my brother has done all of this than why would they let him out in the street. My brother is not a criminal and never has been. He is a noble, humble sweet man. A father who would give his life for his wife and children. The major cause of all of this is that my sister-in-law home schools her children which again is their right. Homeschooling is considered a private school so why has my families civil liberties have trampled upon. If you would please contact me on this matter at 917-836-8079.
