1. Upon filing divorce petition, all family matters, including orders of protection, should be governed by Supreme Court jurisdiction. 2. Recordings of minor children?s phone conversations to be admissible in court via vicarious consent in cases of abuse. 3. CPS should have no right to investigate families undergoing a divorce or in post- divorce custody matters already in court. This is the job of forensics, if a judge feels it is necessary. Reports from professionals can be made directly to the court. 4. Children should not be made to testify against their parents and should only be interviewed by licensed forensic psychologists. CPS workers, judges, and police officials should not subject children to these circumstances. Law guardians appointed to children in court should work in parallel with a psychologist, to assure children?s testimony and wishes are of sound mind and not a result of an abusive parent?s wishes. 5. Psychologists speaking up for a minor child should have immunity from the court when reporting abuse about their client, so as not to prevent abuse from being reported. 6. Those making false allegations of abuse, especially with regard to children should be severely prosecuted and stand to lose custody. 7. CPS reform should include workers to have a minimum of an LMSW degree, to be bound by certain ethics regarding entering a home, and made to disclose parental rights regarding private interviewing of children. As a father who had nothing to do with my daughter being taken into custody by California CPS. I am getting prepared to do whatever it takes, no matter how long it takes to get my daughter home with her father and sister. I live in the state of Oregon and was unaware of what was going on with my daughter due to them living in a different state. I currently am a father of a 8 year old who does great in school, is loved, cared for, and never been put in harms way what so ever. CPS did not only do what they could to not allow me to fight for my daughter but also to get any information regarding the safety of my daughter. This system is obviously not looking out for the best of children and our congress is blind it seems to the problems in this system. It seems this system is not set up properly to take care of the children in this country and has become very corrupt. I am prepared to take this all the way to the supreme court if needed. As a Native American it will not be the first case of this. You are hired by us to provide safety for our children and you are entirely failing! If this is not something that is corrected I believe it is just one of many thing's Congress and Senate are going to see many people of this country not only become aware of but stand up against. If you cannot do your job than stop lying to the people that hire you and have the dignity to step down and let someone else who can get the job done step in. Stop being a system set up to fail the great people and wonderful children of the United States. This is our country and don't forget that.REPORT COMMENTS

My case in Jefferson County, Colorado closed October 3, 2013 and let me tell you it was the worst year of my life. I was excited finally get Start over and put us behind us... Well not even a week and Tammy from cps is at my place with 4-5 cops, and she is the same caseworker from last year that originally started this mess. So she has a formed opinion and knows i don't care for her so i start defending myself. I told her this was harassment and they closed my case knowing everything your here investigating right now. So, she asked to see my medicines on the prescription my doc wrote me. i showed her the food and the kids looked amazing and happy as usual. Well she started asking me for a u/a, and asking me to do all this stuff, So i refuse because i just closed My case so bye you have to leave and take your back up all 5 cops. So after a lot of my own detective work i nail it to the exact person who called and she admitted it that she started it. The next week Tammy comes by we chat and the maid service hadn't come because the babies were sleeping. With two babies 1 & 2 things can get messy quickly.. Tammy started saying things about my Dad and he doesn't seem invested in the children!!! He was laying down watching a tv show sorry he doesn't have his clown suit on and he's not doing flips. Before she came Brooke my oldest daughter and i were playing with the babies.. So Tammi left and i took my daughter's on the bus Brooke had her migraine appointment because she missed about a week of school and i wanted her to get back in school asap.. So we did that got back in time for my 11yr olds therapy and because he is adhd and i wanted him to talk to someone. The next week was going well Brookie was at school again and Jo was at his school and babies started their first day of daycare it was all going good. I was about a week a way from getting a apartment and i was still looking for work i felt good. Then Wednesday comes i forgot to call Tammi and update her that everything was done and i ended taking the u/a the week before and it of course only had what i was prescribed.. Well Thursday comes i get a call they are coming for my kids so i freaked out of course left i couldn't have this happen again. What did i do i gave her everything she wanted.. Well i finally decided to turn them over i am nott going to stress them out, so had the grandmother in law pick the 3 younger ones up and i was praying they could stay with her but cps made up reasons to put them in foster care.. So my oldest was at a school thing and finally got home and we left to another place to stay because i wanted to atleast spend time with the only child they didn't take. So later on that evening i get a call from police my son ran away i about fainted thinking the worst and after awhile i came back and there was my son and i had my daughter so it was really late so i just made everyone go to bed I'll get Jo back in morning with Brooke and everything will be fine.REPORT COMMENTS

CPS workers need to be properly educated, not the way they are now. These individuals have been charmed by parents who wish to turn their own children against the other parent. CPS should have no jurisdiction where a family is in a higher court attaining a divorce! They also need to disclose a parent's rights before they barge into your home!!REPORT COMMENTS
