Fresno Cty and San Bernardino Cty took Gabrielle's children 10 mths still being breast fed and 2 year old daughter away from her because she had severe postpartum and claimed it was drugs but it wasn't. She was being mentally abused by partner who smoked bongs and other pharmaceutical drugs constantly. She tried to make a go of it and hope things would change with this partner but didn't. Instead things turned on her and 9 mths later he has children and she only gets 2 hr visits a week. Her father and I and her are devastated; they never did anything to help her. San Bernardino Cty CPS fabricated a bunch of rhetoric in a County Report Deposition and claimed I reported a bunch of bad stuff on them but I didn't. CPS used this against them and my daughter is still suffering. It is evil and wrong that Fresno is allowed to do this and reports to no one. They are their own entity and accountable to no one. The Judges are corrupt as are Fresno CPS, who doesn't care. I cannot believe this is going on in my country. I called Senator Feinstein's office, State Ombudsman, County Ombudsman, Director of CPS (not there), Social Workers, Supervisors of Social Workers, etc. and no one will help and no one cares. This is considered a police state in my eyes. You can't just take children away, fabricate rhetoric and say it's truth. My daughter cannot get an attorney until she signs children over to ex or Courts. This is insanity. Why doesn't my government care or any of these people in office. Judges and Fresno CPS must be accountable to someone. I have a right to see my grandchildren; I took care of them for 3 l/2 mths. My daughter isn't doing well. Senator Feinstein, President Obama, how would you folks feel if CPS came in and did the same to you and your family. You just can't do this; it is evil in GOD's eyes. The Judge told me to get out of his court room when I said "Your Honor, can I talk please" and that he reigned in that court room and I couldn't talk or say anything and then became very derogatory to me". I'm suppose to respect a judge who doesn't even do justice in the courtroom but is corrupt and treats me that way. It was suppose to be a family courtroom. "No Sir", I walked out. I'm sick of this. It is constant. My daughter needs her babies back; this is wrong wrong wrong. I'm very upset. I use to work for Herb Klein, President Nixon's Communication Man (he left before Watergate). He would never allow such a thing as this. I realize that their is more to this story but I speak all truth and this needs to be fixed. My daughter is demanding a trial and they don't want to give her one and neither will they let her have an attorney. OMG! This is suppose to be the United States of America, July 4!!!!!!!!!!!Mrs Obama, I appeal to you as a mother and someday a grandma, like me, please help us now before my daughter goes off the deep end. They took my daughter's kids away in Fresno, CA & after 9 mths she still is only allowed 2 hr visits a week. She had post partum and her partner was a pharamceutial drug person who used alot of marjuana. They will not let her have kids, they fabricate lies; it is devastating to me. tHEY GAVE kids back to father, omg. I can't even get visits with them, CPS fabricated rhetoric, they claimed I said in a deposition but I didn't and using it against my daughter and son-in-law. It is becoming a police state. And the Fresno CPS is accountable to no one. I have called Major, County Supervisors, State Ombudsman, and County Ombudsman and no one cares. If something doesn't change soon, we all need to do what our U S constituation says. If the Government doesn't do what is right then their can be peaceful gatherings to demand a change and get rid of the leaders. READ THE CONSITUTION FRESNO CPS AND SOMEONE PLEASE PLEASE MAKE THE JUDGES ACCOUNTABLE AS THEY AND CPS ARE VERY CORRUPT. THIS IS SOMEONE WHO DOESN'T DRINK OR DO DRUGS AND HAS TWO DEGREES. I'm fed up and broken hearted over it all. No attorney will take case as they are not allowed to in Fresno County. Where is Justice in this California State.???REPORT COMMENTS

I'm a kindergarten teacher and a loving mother of 2. My son was taken from me after we took him to the hospital for a swollen leg. They found 17 fractures, healing and fresh in his ribs and legs. I told them it has to be something medical. They didn't listen. CPS workers have lied, and twisted things. I can't even believe the corruption and how this agency continues with a 85-90% failure rate is beyond me. What business makes it with that kind of failure rate. CPS started out to be good, but now they are so out of control. My son has been diagnosed with infantile rickets and they still won't give my baby back....it's horrible. If this happened to me, it can happen to anyone. It's sickening.... children thrive best with there parents and if a parent has a drug or alcohol problem, get them help and give their kids back....children need their parents!!!REPORT COMMENTS

Eileen Lions from the Yucca Valley CPS office is a LIAR! It is not right when she writes reports with false information, is asked to justify what she wrote but refuses. Then when you go to court thinking you can expose the truth, the Judge fails to read any reports or hear you out. Even after to hired your own attorney. Not only has the Judge made up her mind before you even get into court based on the lies given from a CPS worker but the workers get paid bonuses for keeping our children longer. I want to take any cases including my own all the way to the supreme court. If anyone is interested please jot your number down and I will start a list. If there is someone out there that can help up us expose the Yucca Valley, California CPS office, let me know......REPORT COMMENTS

My wife's civil rights are greatly violated; we desperately need help!!! She is 49, was adopted by her mother who passed away in December, and her "uncle" put in court case to place her in a home for rest of her life, after adopted mothers passing! Because she has a mental impairment and because of trust fund they want to annul our marriage! Saying she does not know what marriage is, can not contract; Fact is she was married prior, has a son 18, from previous marriage; husband passed 2001. We love each other and want to remain together! We are devastated how can this be??, because she is mentally impaired her civil rights are being taken away! When in a Democracy all are created equal. Very afraid of that limited Guardian, my wife is terrified of her; can come to pick her up/ put me in jail. UPDATE: PLS NOTE-the police and guardian showed up today (6/25/14) and with a court order took my wife to a group home. Tring to get a hearing with the judge but so far to no avail. Desperately need the help of the ACLU. Need help with visitation rights. They will not let me see her. I need a lawyer that will help me get visitation rights, fight the annulment hearing which is on July 17th at 9:30am in Daytona Beach, Florida. Really need help to free my wife. We are appealing the guardianship case that ruled against her and put her into a guardianship. She was never in a guardianship her whole life so why now? Desperately need help from the ACLU! My wife's life may be in great danger. She is locked in the group home she is at now. It is a disgusting place and more like a prision than a group home. Please Help Us!REPORT COMMENTS

My experience of the Monmouth County Family Court is that certain judges deny due process rights,court rules, ignore the litigation abuses and egregious misconduct of certain lawyers, do not apply the applicable laws in deciding cases, take the side of lawyers without support of law and endanger the welfare of children, write orders that have no support in law, fabricate false facts to support their favored lawyer's client, allow Fraud on the Court with impunity and continue the trial as though the case has not been prejudiced, deny all motions of the unflavored party without explanation, judge refusing disqualification in spite of the evidence of prejudice and ex parte communication. No justice here and no confidence in the judicial system!REPORT COMMENTS
