I am fighting caps in Kenton county Kentucky for termination of my parental rights. After false aligations along with violation of mine and her dads fundamental rights and our parents fundamental rights without due process. I filied a appeal so I am asking for prayers to be sent for us with the court of appeals to see that our baby who was 8 at the time is now 11 and she is so hurt and now we can't see her or talk to her ,also the sad thing is she's with my sister who I was raised with and she has 9 children in the home and did not raise her oldest daughter at all who is 20 yes.old my parents have and they still do. Her husband gets pain medicine and also when my sister and I did speak back in like 15 years ago he smoked pot. And is working under table while on disability. But yet without proof and years of my oldest daughters dad calling once a year to cps they used that and the child abuse I endured as a 6 year old girl where I was molested against me even though for three years once a week me and my fiance went and took drug screens never one dirty urine also during trial caps caseworker stated I completed my case plan all that I was told to do still the judge terminated my parental rights along with my fiance .the dad to my daughter !that we have since Nov.11,2011to current have not given up and continue to fight for our daughter . Neither of our parents have seen nor talked to our child since they took her from school on that horrifying day.REPORT COMMENTS

NYC Family Courts and Human Experimentation - Epilogue As one walks through the 6 floors of the NYC Family Court at 60 Lafayette Street in New York City (and even worse in any of the other 5 boroughs such as Queens, Brooklyn, Staten Island, and the Bronx) you get the immediate sensation and distinct feeling that there is massive human experimentation taking place, all orchestrated and controlled by hidden powers that stay within the shadows. The vast majority of the miserable looking sad sacks sitting and waiting, sometimes for days and weeks and months and even years, in these dingy mustard yellowed hallways and brown linoleum floored waiting rooms outside the courtrooms are by and large, minorities such as blacks, hispanics, a few arabs and indians. There are hardly any white people here, considering that white people statistically get divorced and have family issues just as much as anyone else, but somewhere and somehow along the line, these white people are warned or dissuaded from consenting to Family Court jurisdiction, or entering these foreboding halls of misery, emotional/psychological pain, separation, incarceration, fear, anger, and death. Here in the NYC Family Courts, innocent fathers who have fallen on hard financial times are jailed as in Les Miserables with make-shift illegal and unconstitutional debtors prisons in the "best interest of the child" (thanks Bill Clinton), innocent children are torn from their loving mothers and fathers by an out of control city government that actually makes hundreds of millions of dollars in profits by abducting kids into their foster care and ACS and Child Protective Service industries, and child support dues paid directly into the state coffers, and other rackets such as Legal Aid Society, Safe Horizon, Sanctuary for Families, and other "charitable organizations" that make a financial killing profiteering off of the misery that these NYC Family Courts create. Daily, American citizens are subjected to 5th Amendment Due Process violations when they are denied fundamental rights of substantive and procedural law, 4th Amendment rights violations relating to illegal search and seizure of property (including the legally sanctioned snatching and state sponsored kidnapping of their own children), 6th Amendment violations of their Right to a Speedy Trial and Right to Counsel, and countless other civil and human rights transgressions by the US Government that are trampled into the dust by overbearing bullies in the guise of Family Court Judges, Child Support Magistrates, Law Clerks, Court Officers, Domestic Violence workers, Child Protective Service Workers, and other wolves in sheep's clothing. One has to wonder what type of mind-set one has to have to be attracted to this type of dungeon-like, psychological torture chamber work. this is a horrendous story that still goes on today. this is ridiculous. these agencies are not working as they are suppose too. come on people. if you were running an organization and the idea wasn't working then you would scrap it and try another idea or another plan. however this org. is not working and it counts the death of children rounded out to fit the status quo. my story is outside this organization. I tried too get help for my ex wife and my 2 children in 2009 I was stonewalled under the assumption of being a drug dealing gangleader as well as a deadbeat dad. all stories fostered by my mentally unstable ex wife. by 2011 all three were dead in a texas foodstamp cubicle. had this system worked, all three would be alive today. well, it does not work. and until we change it. you can expect too keep reading about all these dead children in custody, not in custody. it doesn't matter because it does not work for the families anymore. you may remember my childrens story my daughter Ramie is the 12 yr old klittle girl who predicted her own death on facebook. this makes me sick to my stomach. p-lease help these other children. lets change this. my name is dale grimmer look me up on facebookREPORT COMMENTS

Hi, my name is Angela Fravel my family and I live in Vanderburgh County, In where CPS has hurt so many families by taken children on false accusations such as my case Medical Neglect and Abandonment because I refused to have my child on a psychotropic medicine that was not recommended for persons with a history of seizures in which my daughter had epilepsy, had CPS even listened to me when I told them this an gave me even the benefit of the doubt an called her physician they would have known this..instead CPS jumped the gun an tore my family apart.. I am currently being threatened by cps due to a false report made by my daughters father . Despite the evidence I showed my case worker and the fact my daughters father called and admitted to calling out of anger they don't care . They are using the differences he and I have had together against us . Ripping my family apart by forcing me to obtain an op against him . When he tries to reach out to the case worker to comply and take counseling she purposely blows him off . They tried to trick me in to singing a hipaa . My past is my past it isn't any ones business especially some complete uneducated stranger !. She is so concerned for my daughters we'll being but hasn't been at my house in a week . She's just waiting for any excuse to take my beautiful 9 month old baby away from me for no reason !. Please every one open your eyes youtube cps corruption . Beautiful , healthy , happy children are being forced out of there safe and warm homes and being sent in to foster care systems where thy are a majority of time neglected !. This is heart breaking as a parent to have some complete stranger who has a Bunch of cases as it is to drop by when ever they want pop out of no where just dig in your life with a goal to take your baby for a bonus has got to stop . I didn't really understand how corrupt and ridiculous cps was till it happened to me . It's sickening we as parents are being bullied , threatened , accused by the same people we pay through our tax dollars . The lack of respect is disgusting , think about it . What human being threatens a mother to take her baby away because she won't go to counseling everything she says if I don't comply she threatens to take my baby away . I was functioning perfectly fine with out cps why should some one who isn't a licensed therapist or physiatrist come to your home and threaten you in to services you know you don't need . Hi, we are Amy and Jonathan. We had our oldest son, Karl Rae Purdy on July 6th, 2009. One of Jonathan's family members called CPS on us, because they didn't feel we were ready to parent, and CPS took him the very second he was born, not giving us a chance, so Sandra Tabor, Jonathan ex-aunt-in-law took him, got custody legally, and lied so she could keep my son all her to herself. She promised us she would keep his first, middle and last name the same, and that she would have him call her Mema, which is what her friend's grandchildren call her, but once she got him, she got him to call her mom, and her husband dad, and they changed his last name to theirs. Then, we did everything the courts and CPS had asked us to do, and because she lied about us, she got to keep him. When Karl was months old, I found out I was pregnant with my youngest son, JJ, stands for Jonathan Jack Purdy. When I gave birth, we called Sandra Tabor to let her know, and she called CPS on me, so she could keep our youngest, too. They took him also the very second he was born, and lied so she could get him, but we did everything the courts and CPS wanted us to do, but then they adopted JJ out to Jonathan's biological uncle, Donnie Purdy. Donnie lied about us, and even though we have an open adoption agreement with us, he refuses to let us talk to JJ, and JJ even knows we're his mom and dad, and so Donnie and his illegally alien German wife, Gaby, and Sandra Tabor, and Bobby Tabor are trying to brainwash my sons.REPORT COMMENTS
