My kids were taken in March 05,2013 and my rights were terminated on July 10,2014 it had no grounds to go that far and was used for my ex in laws as a custody case and my ex in laws are attoneys. I am in the appeals process and I am hoping and praying for justice -

My two children have been taken from me 6 months ago. I had no idea the system was so unjust and corrupt, I now know first hand. It truly is a money game and their is a true lack of compassion and justice within the systems courts, cps, jails and the individuals who work within the system are full of ego and greed and desire for power. I will spend the rest of my life supporting this cause and helping to heal the families who have suffered at the face of lies and corruption. We are all family and our children are protected by God. I agree CPS has too much power and they take advantage of it. I lost my three kids to the system that was looking out for their better interest,,yea right they put my kids through pain and suffering that scard them for life!! Thank God they are with someone I know and not lost with a foster Home. They spent a couple months in a foster home and lived with 10 other foster children and they lived off of Marshmallow Sandwiches!!! CPS had no cause to take my kids but like many out there I was scared and signed my rights away to my children 2yrs ago. My case was opened when I had recently left my childrens father his girlfriend called law enforcement because I had my children outside and I was drinking with friends, I do not do drugs and never fell short for CPS never failed a drug test, completed any and all requested classes 3 times, they sent me to a psychiatrist and I can admit I was abusing my medication theres no excuse but because of CPS requiring me to do so much I lost my job I was stressed to the max to make my living arrangements likable by the state and if it wasn't one thing it was another due to their not liking my living arrangements. my toddlers behavior in daycare and the final reason for extension was we decided to change your caseworker the day before my case was goin to be closed..their was no neglect ever I was pressured and scared they were going to terminate my rights so I signed them something I will regret to the grave. Ive heard stories that prople have 3 yrs to get their kids back,,,I live in San Antonio Texas if neone knows any truth to that and can point me in the right direction PLEASE LET ME KNOW,,I jst had another baby 2 months ago tell me why CPS showed up right before I was getting ready to leave the hospital land opened a case because of my prior CPS status with them WTH!?!?! and I have yet to hear from them my daughter is about to be 2 months old!!REPORT COMMENTS

CPS is nothing but legal kid nappers. They have wayyy too much power, and completely abuse it. All they do is tear familys apart & cause nothing but the childern "they are protecting" to suffer, the poor kids are the ones that have to pay the price , and get seprarted from parents & or familys and go with complete strangers, and not have any contact with parents, and you hear all these horror stories on the news & news papers daily about foster parents sexual abusing these childern, beating & torturing these kids, & even killing someones child(ern) and this is just okay, were supposed to trust CPS & the people they pick and take a few classes & foster kids, and do you think if they found out something horrible was happening to someones child, that they would even let us know.. highly doubt it. These people are causing nothing but lifetime of our kids being traumatized, scared, and issues for life.. they need to be shut down a longg time ago, until they mess with the wrong family and take their kid, and case workers start ending up dead or missing , i dont think they will get the point and see when you take people childern, their life's, there meaning, they have nothing else to loose ,REPORT COMMENTS

Cps in grays harbor county and they treating me very poorly. I take meds for my back for past three years now and I'm clean from any drugs. I have completed chemical dependancy with no treatment recommendations I ua for them as asked and on my own will and provide them with my prescriptions of what's in my system everytime. They think I have a drug problem but only have me take a drug test once a month??? The funding problems are tearing this family down and we are all separated from each other. Yesterday(Friday) I was informed that my two year old has pneumonia and nothing else. She wasn't there to visit her father Friday and the supervisor told me she won't be in Monday and both her and my worker will be out so I have been trying to find out from the gal who is in cahoots with the corruption going on and she won't return any of my really concerned phone calls or text. She stopped talking to me after I told her it wasn't fair that she told me in a text that I was cooperative in a situation and would share that I was with the judge but yet stood up and told the judge that he should end my visits so he did and this is a second time. They don't like me because I have an attitude but they must understand they can't keep lying the way have in my case as well as others and keep getting away with it when they took my kids they were well taken care and now look my two ear old is sick and I am stressing the freak out without getting any info if she's ok at hospital and now I can't c herREPORT COMMENTS

Las Vegas, NV, CPS and Juvenile Court are corrupt. They have taken my newborn baby from me right out of the hospital without giving me any court order or any reason why. My baby was born 07-21-14. I was told the morning of 07-23-14 by the NICU at Centennial Hills Hospital that someone from cps would call me to let me know that my baby was picked up by the foster parent and no one has called me at all it is now been 5 days since my baby was born and I haven't heard from anyone. I was told by my mom that the babies cps worker, Devon Butts, would contact me the day of my discharge and I have not heard from her and believed my mom when she says that considering I was speaking with my mother over the phone when I heard Devon Butts in the back ground say herself that she will contact me before the end of that day. Why does Devon Butts or anyone period rather contact my mother instead of contact me considering I am the parent? It amazes me that CPS thinks I'm neglecting my child, but yet CPS left my newborn baby at the hospital for a total of 19 hours, and the nurses at the NICU even said they didn't know when someone was going to pick up my baby. I was told by the hospital and by my mom {remember my mom was talking to Devon Butts} that my baby would be picked up the day of my discharge and he wasn't picked up until a day after my discharge. Why is it that I have to find out from my mom the day we have to go to court? Why is it that CPS fails to return my emails? And why does Devon Butts fail to contact me period? You people are so quick to take my baby from me but yet take your time to contact me regarding these important matters. My baby was placed into foster care because CPS "Didn't want to put a financial strait on my mom". With that being said they aren't even considering the fact of placing my baby with the fathers side of the family.REPORT COMMENTS
