REAL guidelines need to be determined for FAMILY LAW. Due process, fair hearing.. these things do not exist. What I have endured with proof in the 5th District court of Jackson County, WV is UNFATHOMABLE. Judgement should be made based on fact, not the judges "discretion". I continue my fight, which due to new info has heated up to something massive. I fully intend to keep telling my story in hopes this judge is made to answer for her decisions.REPORT COMMENTS

My sister has been fighting for her children for the past few years,it isn't a CPS case but the Family Court Judge has over looked A LOT of evidence in my sisters favor and left the kids with their father primarily. Despite obvious issues the Court refuses to Modify the original arrangement,my sister has no criminal history whatsoever but this Judge has taken the Fathers word that she is unstable simple as that with no proof of instability!? The Judge is biased and friends with the fathers family. It breaks my heart she has been through so much for no reason. Something is very wrong in this System!!REPORT COMMENTS

I grew up in cps. i can say i was sexually assulted in many homes and no they never got in trouble foster parents or group home personal didnt matter then when i had my own they took my duaghter then only my second son saying i neglected my child and i was not doing enough they ran me thru the winger and one cps worker pinned me in the fam court bathroom And told me. How horrendous of a person i was because even my own mother left me to rot and that shed force me to do the same and she said i prey u kill yourself she was absolutely horrendous i began loosing my hair from my crown from stress and mental and emotional distress every worker who stood up for me got fired the one they should have fired still is a cps worker and i was told that my encounter with that exact cps worker she was just doing her job and that the cps worker was in the right no i didnt sign my rights willingly i was told by the cps worker shed beat the brains out of me if i didnt and they had cuased so much heartache i caved from their abuse i cry myself to sleep every night i miss my tori and owen then and right now if theres typos im sorry ive been crying while typing thisREPORT COMMENTS

strong arm kidnapping is texas cps process and sad part is nobody in government willing take 5 minutes investigate. disturbing part is how molestors,drug dealers,thiefs and anyone else claims rights violated and they get appeals ,they get proper investigation so forth. but when discussing parents wrongfully violated who most cases have evidence dispute allegations only get violated more. id like know how statement from someone not even involved or at place during incident can have statement in allegations but police officers ACTUALLY AT SCENE OF INCIDENT are not allowed give statement? altered documents and lies proven by police reports deemed "irrelevant" . are you serious so phantom ghost statement is deemed fact yet statements eye witness is "not relevant" . have you people become that comfortable with injustice allowed that you actually respond with such an outright well ill call asm see it,stupid ridiculous response . parents rights violated,laws broke and even after all that if they obtain evidence dispute all allegations you simply turn blind eye. honestly you have all failed at job and shoulkd be removed. damn monkey could simply refuse accept and take look so why should we continue pay all people money they getting,if this best we can expect as citizens. what is going on is absolutely criminal and clear its lot people involved which lead back to the "C" word. yet the integrity report talks of trust,integrity,want for public trust and believe and i simply cant even continue add the absolutelt hilarious topics and suggestions made. CPS needs to be abolished! It is corrupt to the core. Government funding should never be a motive to remove children from their homes. We have had CPS viokate several of our Constitutional rights under false anonymous alligations. Anonymous phone calls should never be admissible. Confidentail maybe. False allegations should be made punishable. Caseworkers need to be accountable for their actions when in violation. Cps in Gibson County has lied and added paperwork to something I signed a paper with them I went on vacation and this tara kixmiller went to court and then added papers I did not agree to. Not on drugs hut because they went and stirred things up with the kids father I have had drug tests over for no reason. They also said I wasn't allowed to drink and I have not arpund kids.
