I personally have placed abuse/neglect reports with DCF/CPS in Florida to which nothing was done to protect the child in 11 years. It has only recently come to light why. These reports that have been made, ARE NOT the report that was made. Not even close. When I moved up the chain to investigate and have the record corrected It contacted: the Governor's office, Mike Carroll, and landed with the Investigator General. With the Investigator I requested an investigation to be done to looking the mishandling of the the particular cases was stating. By mishandling I am talking about: 1. DCF/CPS working these investigations being close family friends. 2. Losing or getting rid of evidence that was provided to them. 3. Closed cases with no conclusions. 4. No contact with the actual witnesses involved. 5. Take the mother?s word instead of using direct evidence or follow up on verifiable sources 6. Possibly falsifying reports. 7. Being misled on how to receive all this information when requested numerous times. The Investigator General had the person that flied the reports, investigate the claims. The findings, there was no problems in the reports at all. Really? The report is not the report I made. How does that make any kind of sense here? Investigator General has closed this with no further investigation needed. This is so wrong here. The child is still being harmed. When the child is dead, they will go to the DCF file and say yes there was report made and there was no indicators or no signs. Yes, there was. The report on there record are all falsified. We are trying to correct them. Where do we go? Who do we see? We have been to the top. They say we will share your concerns. But nothing happens, nothing gets fixes. The record still stands. DFC need fixed and sooner rather then later. Child are killed everyday in their care. But yet DCF is NOT really being held accountable for their actions. Occasionally one will get their hands slapped, but not often. They know they can never get caught and they answer to no one. Please help. This is not just my problem, this is a U.S. problem. We've been dealing with coruption down in Pinellas County FL. Trying to get anyone to do something about the false reports is impossible. Tried reporting it the Quality Assurance agent in the office who said the reports were locked, tried reporting it to the Sheriff leadership there who tried to not contact us back, tried reporting it to the IG who sent it back to that same sheriff who then creatively worded his response saying an investigation was not needed, Governor Rick Scott referred what we sent to that same Sheriff, tried contacting Mike Carroll several times to no avail. No matter who we contact it is sent back to that same office who always say they are doing no wrong, it is like asking a rapist to investigate their own crime. Many of the DCF workers in Pinellas County are directly linked together by relation and have relation to the director of that GAL circuit who is good friends with the Head Family Court Judge, which has made it impossible to get anything done. And while all this is going on the mother continues to neglect and abuse the daughter. The mother allows the daughter around, and to live with, convicted habitual violent criminals. The mother has been denying visitation of the daughter to the father and myself and we have only seen the daughter for two weeks in the past year. The mother threatens the daughter to lie to any officer or agent that speaks to her and to lie to us. The mother is a daycare worker (at a day care which is owned by a family member of the Sixth circuit GAL director), which unless DCF vouched for her would not be possible with all the DCF reports on her. They continue to falsify reports and use creative writing in them to cover up the criminal activity the mother is doing. This has been heart wrenching and maddening to deal with as the little girl continues to suffer because no one seems to care in the DCF system.REPORT COMMENTS

Why don't we just call it "Mother Support" and advertise: Don't like to work? Why not have a baby and secure a paycheck for the next 18 years or more. Mother's should not consider having children as earning a paycheck or a way to earn money, why are they not taxed on this income, they don't have to do anything but collect money. I have seen & lived this injustice and abuse for the past 17 years. I am a mother and the wife of a father who pays an outrageous amount of child support a month, because the California Court refuses to listen and acknowledge that he is a married man with three other children. He currently pays $1500 a month for one child, which is more like mother support, because we know by fact that the money is not spent on the child. He provides complete health benefits for his child. He is a non-custodial parent, not by his choice. The mother has refused him to have a relationship with his child, he has been robbed of being close to his child, his money, peace of mind & pride. California Court will not listen to him even though the mother and child live in Texas, we live in Nevada. This case should have transferred to Texas or Nevada years ago. California refuses to listen. The child has mental issues because the mother left the house 3 months ago with her new boyfriend. She has now left her husband, their two babies and my husband\'s daughter on their own. The husband says he knows that she can do that because she has the child support money security. No one knows how this is going to end, I do know that as long as these women continue to get a free ride things will not change for the better of the children, the fathers and the families being affected. My family was devastated by eldorado county cps when all on false allegations the CPS stole my girls and adopted them out. 1.5 yr ago i was able to have my oldest daughter back after 8 yrs given sole and legal custody it was too good to be true and again the county abuse starts. I have know credibility due to false documents and the county effort to slander my good name. now they are wanting to imprison me truancy of my daughter even know she is scared to death that she will never see us again and obscene false allegations are against my husband who been my daughter father and friend and saftynet and the reason I m alive today my reason i never gave up since my daughter was 8 months old. (almost 14 years) Local police department roled it out after investigation and in deepth interview with my daughter in our home. cps still keeps harrassing and now school staff are treating him different and his name has been soiled. No one cares what damage they are doing to innocent children and good families . These agencies are suppose to protect the families in our community in need instead the are the cause of our children killing themselves, fuller jails, mental illness and drug abuse, homeless, and so much more this issue is devastating our country destroying the well being of hamanity . Is anyone going to help stop this abuse shine light on this darkness and make a difference in this world that really counts . Please use the power your possition holds to save this world by what relly is important. Doctors working for the state and charge either by false diagnoses and judges who cover them. began the process for me are trying to bring criminal charges to stay with my children. It is such a great impotence. i need help. I do not want to lose my children. I could not even talk just trying to return my children with my brother. Dallas,Cps had taken my son put him in foster care put him on saraquill so he would sleep all the time(doped up)!!! I'm ****ed I lost my job because Cps kept coming up to my job wanting me to sign a service agreement, which I declined!! That's when they went to my sons school and kidnapped him. That they went to a judge and lied to in order to get a emergency remove of the child, bull shit!!! They are the devil and so is the hole flipping court system!!!! My story goes on and on!!! There's a lot more..... I have been accused of false reports several times over the past 8 years. All lies and the cps workers harass me and add false reports when i go out of my way to prove my innocence. My son is only 8 years old and his father is absent. The paternal grandmother has been literally trying to take my son from me after i finally left his father after years of domestic violence. She actually successfully kidnapped him two days before his birthday three years ago. She illegally had him for months. Nobody would help me. I had to file a family court petition to have him returned to me and he was very traumatized and only a baby. Child welfare wont leave me alone. I was recently diagnosed with a brain tumor after i started having seizures. I may have to undergo a biopsy and they are using my health against me. Im only 28 years old. The paternal grandmother is behind all of this. I have been honest with cps from the very beginning, which only made things worse. I am prescribed medication for my condition and they take my medication out of my purse and literally count it one by one without permission and without gloves. They show up to my house and wait for me in my driveway coincidently five minutes before my little man gets off his bus. They visit him at school without even telling me and he gets very upset. I have sent them documentation proving every allegation against me false and they still persist because the paternal grandmother keeps reporting lies. I have proven several times that i am not a drug user. I knew they were going to accuse me of that again so before it could happen i had three drug tests to prove it. That wasnt enough. They wanted me to take another one two days after receiving a clean screen. Inwas very upset but still willing to do it since my son is everything to me. However, i came to find out that i would have to travel an hour away, pay a large amount of money to see the lab, AND have to allow someone to watch me use the bathroom. That is physically impossible for my body. The money i dont have and i had already signed releases for them to speak with all my doctors. Ever since the brain mass was found and i spent a week in albany medical center, the doctor has basically put me on bedrest other than being mommy. Im not allowed to work or drive. Im also supposed to be avoiding any type of stress or anxiety as i have already been diagnosed with very high anxiety, which i am treated for. I sent these child welfare workers a lot of documentation. I sent them all my hospital paperwork along with my restrictions. I received a reply email from the lead worker telling me not to worry about anything anymore and focus on my health. I thought it was over. They lied. They had a copy of all my doctors appointments, so they knew when i had them. I was at the neurologist when i received a call that i was supposed to be in family court. I think they did it on purpose, they most likely dont believe or care what i have to say. Theres morREPORT COMMENTS

We called CPI/ CPS due to my sons girlfriend doing drugs then wanting us to hand over the child plus she has done other things to endanger the child. They even asked us to keep my grandson while they searched for the mother. Next thing I knew they said they were taking him into protective custody and I asked why, they replied they felt he was imminent danger?? We have basically raised him since birth and always seen he got proper medical attention. There was no reason to remove a 2 year old boy from his paternal grandparents home, I am so devastated by their actions and although the judge has requested 3 times he be placed with family, my sister, were still waiting 3 months later. These people are cold hearted as hell and they are doing it for reasons beyond the childs welfare!REPORT COMMENTS
