Good loving families are being harassed, bullied, manipulated and literally tortured by CPS. They take kids from good homes for silly reasons and then in foster care the kids are killed, beaten, starved, in hostile environments, treated like little slaves... CPS should only be going after abused children and they need to be paying closer attention to the scenarios they are embarking on, their protocols are very inhumane and improperly handling sensitive aspects of life. My children are legally kidnapped. I opened a cps case thinking I would be immune to any action from cps but the person I was with wrecked a hotel room so they took them from me blaming me for his wrong-doing. They abused my children by causing them to starve by continuously letting them live with their abusive father making them starve for weeks maybe a month or so. They are discriminating against me because I have manic depression though I am on meds and stable. They have post traumatically traumatized me and ripped my family apart twice. I have witnessed several misconducts by Napa, CA CPS towards my girlfriend who is disabled, but still is able to take care of her son. CPS has been involved in numerous times because of misallegations and unsubstantiated reports however, CPS workers always believe that it is in their best interest to take the child no matter what, CPS is an unconstitutional agency. they take rides from people when they do not have the authority to take those rights. CPS and foster care systems nowadays are mainly there 2 line their own pockets. yes there are well intentioned people however I have yet to see more than one.REPORT COMMENTS

The most evil of them all should not be feared but fought directly without reservations and those corrupt to the core should not be obeyed and given the respect or the authority they don't merit but to be called as they are brutal and some species that does not compare too close to those hamen with their fundamental characteristic of social awareness and compassion. I am dealing with a situation right now. I was given full sole and physical custody of my son 6 years ago, due to physical abuse from the father. The court changed my judge after a year, and appointed a new law Guardian who's friends with the father. I wrote to the judge to have her removed, due to bias. The Judge ignored my letter and for 4 years now the father has been gradually taking my rights away with the help of the Judge and law Guardian, and his lawyer. They Court's have been saying for years now that they searched the CPS records and there are no founded reports when he abused my son and I have the report. Now I'm on to the 3rd Judge, and the law Guardian has come CPS coming to my house. I proved there was abuse and the fathers lawyer slapped the table in front of me and took my paperwork without asking, the Judge said nothing to him about using aggression towards me. So now I not only had to deal with abuse from the father, but now the Court is allowing his lawyer to act aggressive towards me. I have documentation in writing of the Courts lies, his lawyer lies, and the law Guardians lies. So now that they know I have this information, it's me against the whole Court System. They have been trying to declare my son Autistic. Even after he has been to a Developmental Dr. and the results came back as no Autism. Cps was called for letteing my 10 year old to cross a straight level dirt road that barly got any traffic to get to church by him self with me 10 feet away watching. I was told by the worker my child could be kidnapped in the 2 mins it took form my door to the church..... It is bearly even a micromort of a chance of a stranger kidnaping a child then lets day 20x as many a chance for a child to be molested in school and nealy 10x the chance of cps them selves pulling over to kidnap the child for crossing a street with his parents watching...wtf? Be realistic America !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Your standers are raping the usa .. My brother Ronnie and his wife Christina have done everything that the court has asked. My brother and his wife have been clean now for 5 years now and are doing good. My sister n law has become an assistant manager at Walmart and my brother is an inventory manager at Walmart. Also they are co pastor for our youth group at the Lion`s Den Ministry. And the cps has decides to adopt out they kids to a women who is handicap and the doctor has told her that she only has a couple years left to lived.The cps office is already siding with kim and not giving my brother and his wife a fair chance in court. Kim is a liar and she manipulate people and pays family money to get information about my brother and his wife. We need help getting my brothers kids back asap. My husband and i have been fight a cps case for five years yes at the beginning we needed the help but we did all the was asked of us but seperate we dint believe in divorce and we both have done everything to change our lifes the only thing we messed up with now is placeing the children with my mom. are children were deemed unadoptable so they went into a gardianship and we had to wait three years to contest well right before the three years were up we told my mom we werent going to move to oaklhoma with her now she is making up lies filed a 388 to adopt and the social worker believes everything she says They are tring to take my kids out of state and when other call about the breaking of a court order they write it off as a family fuied i dont feel like we have the help we need to get what is best for my babies they deserved to be raised by their mother and father that love them very much please someone helpREPORT COMMENTS

I am currently going through a cps case with my two boys for three years . I have done everything they asked and more. They tricked me, my attorney tricked me into joining both sons cases and i never got achance to reunify with my youngest which i recently found out they ILLEGALLY STOLE him from the hospital when he was born for an accusation from my ex who i had a restraining order against. My case wasnt even about drugs and ive been told i shoulda just lied and said i was to get them back sooner. Seriously, drug addicts get there kids and my accusation from an ex takes mine away?? The sadest part is i have went to court almost 30 times and THE JUDGE CALLS MY SON A SHE MULTIPLE TIMES..REALLY AND THIS LADY WHO KNOWS NOTHING APPARENTLY GETS TO CHOOSE IF I GET MY SON. THE SYSTEM IS CORRUPT AND ONLY FOCUS IS TO ADOPT THEM OUT FOR MONEY. HEARTLESS BUT TRUE.REPORT COMMENTS

CPS has stole myself from being a parent. My husband and I have been made to feel like scum when we really didnt do anything to deserve this. They have lied, twisted and made a far fetched story against us. I never thought in my life my family would be going through this. They took our babies from us. I have never felt so alone in all my life. This is truly the most painful thing i have ever experianced. "The best interest of my children" thats a bunch of crap! They made us out to be monsters while dragging members of family and kids through the mud in the process. Detaining my kids until 2:30 am while they backround check my family isnt tramatic? Allowing my 10 year old and 13 year old to have a copy of the report because they are of age to know whats going on? Our system is so screwed up! CPS cant even get their stories straight, they tell one of my family members one thing and something else to another family member. Confusion? Ya very much so. I went from being a fulltime parent to getting two hours to visit my kids? My 15 month old needs here parents, i cant even communicate with her via phone beacause of her age. Is that healthy to allow parents to see their kids for only two hours a week? Supervised visits? Tramatic experiance??? I think so, i know my older kids will always remember thia incident. CPS went out of their way to tear and inflict pain on my family, nothing we have tried to do or prove has been accounted for. Please stop this abuse of power! Their is no best interest for MOST kids involved in game they play. Im so disappointed in our goverment and laws. I am still in shock from all this. my comments have to do with children and end up missing while in CPC custody. Simply said what an outrage atrocity the very focused it took them for their safety have not lost them. Where did they go? Should we give him more to watch? When a child ends up missing the whole system should shut down until they find that one child. There should be accountability when this happens. Open up a whole new department to investigate this find that childand find out who dropped the ball here and just plain old prosecutor them. Human trafficking, sex slaves, satanic sacrifice, runaways, who knows! Who knows! They're missing. Could be these things mentioned or even a number of any other things. If it is corruption there needs to be a whole different department it steps in and investigates this. In some cases it seems to be out of the frying pan and into the fire. This right? Should we be taking more aggressive steps to find out what happened to these children, and not stop until each and everyone are found. If there is no trail that's a problem.
