My child was sexually abused and nothing was done about it except they said I didn't provide proper supervision. Theres sooo much more I could tell you!!!! Its not just my children but myself too. I was threatened into taking a plea deal when technically could have been reduced and under advisement. (You would just half to know the story / facts). Me and my two babies have beeing suffering the effects of the cps social workers first hand. In my case cps social worker manipulated DNA paternity results to exclude me as the biological father of my Daughter. Her name is Minji Enemark. All this with the help of advocates, actually she David Enemark wife that is the director of the advocates for the children on the bay are. Once the DNA paternity test os manipulated that is really easy to confuse the victims is really easy to ignore the victim and just get the free way to do with the infant what ever they wanna do. With the help of the advocates that are send by David Enemark to finish Minji Enemark move forging the DNA. Once that happened they can take your identity by DNA and change identites. For example the person that CPS gave my daughter to is a person that prostitute kids, sales drugs, ronnery etc. Mario Robert Coronado. Next step for them is to make sure the advocate they gave you make you do the opposite you suppoused to do and you cant even find the advocates but 5 min before court. Once you trust your lawyer basically you just are playing thier game and then court just order no biological father and more. The thing is that they cant produce an original document that confirm the DNA is legit. After a while i keep digging everywhere i ci could and find out that in the system i was named as the Father of my daughter on the files. The best social workers that act by heart are emergency ones. Short Long this low criminal that social workers work with was saying that he was me and that the baby was with her biological father all the time. After they exclude me as the biological father knowing that i am, this social workers let this delinquent use my identity to get walfare. The truth is that i know CPS traffick with children with this Delinquent Mario Robert Coronado from San Jose ca. Thats why he can prostitute kids with no problem. Because social workers cover and elaborate the paperwork to do what they want. They can even decide who takes custody of any kid. Pls pls make a change to the law or at least control more the process with the social workers because they dont really do the best for the kids. Please inocent people as me after we get trick and hurt, the social workers support criminals. Why they dont let families be together. Who else than a biological father gonna love an ingant? And were are all this infants that cps retain and in reallity is that they real job? Any children in this world love to be with their biological parents. And this is cruelty for both parents and kids. And then the system make through this son of *****es failed the porpouse of all agencies and allow corruption to reign. CPS the federal government must do changes and punish the SW that do this kind of things. The government must change the protocol, increase control and keep supervising social workers. My four youngest children were kidnapped by Branch County DCFS for being unable to maintain stable housing after the place we were at burned down we turned to them for Help. We completed the voluntary program with absolutely no help with housing even worked with red cross an other agencies with no help. My children are emotionally scared from this they are separated an scared. My youngest who is 3yrs old an special need is being abused in her home coming to visits every week with bruises an cuts covering her lower extremities an her face. I've reported them to the police with no help an nobody will do anything to help my baby. I am forced to just sit back while this goes on. In 2010 I went to NYS Kings Family Court to get an order of protection for my daughter before her school getting started so I could protect her from the abusive father. Family Court Clerk issued order of protection for my daughter on 09/07/2010. Then started hearing, in the meanwhile father applied for his order of protection in family court on October 25,2011 to save his immigration status because he had deportation order to leave the country. Family court judge helped him by cancelled my 6 years old daughter's order of protection and reversed her order of protection in favor of the abusive father so he could save his immigration under FOIA. I did not know about this all till September 2014 that he got his order of protection against my daughter and me. We were not even served with summon by him but when I came to get my daughter's order of protection family court I was told by family court to serve the summon to him. There is no Justice available in family court for my daughter. I am hopeless now. I filed the complaint against Judge Paula J.Hepner that how could she cancelled order of protection of a child and reversed it to abusive father. The NYS dep. responded that this judge is retired now she is no longer working in family court now so they cannot take any action against her. That mean she knew that what she is doing by doing the settlement with the father which she did under the table she took the money from him and give him order of protection so he could save his immigration under FOIA act of immigration. I lost hope in family court but I am still trying to find a Justice for my daughter. It is very difficult because people of family court including lawyers and judges all are on salaries and pay so no one does anything for public benefit they all just past their days to get their pay and public is suffering. we are in trouble specially mothers and children. NYS Children future is very dark by family court corruption. child support system is another corruption which free people from children responsibilities with only $50.00 a month. This is same from past 20 years. its very shameful for America. So anybody can play love drama, rape American women, left them on street with children because no body can put child responsibility on them. Family court Law will free them with $50.00 a month. In short Family Court Law needs lot of amendments to stop corruption. Family court giving punishment to mothers for raising kids but fathers are fee with supervised visitations drama. I am from clinton county, lock haven PA & I have had to deal with cys and not by my choice. I am a recovering drug addict and at the time that this all occurred I had a yr clean, a job and my own apt to where I could have taken my 3 children when their father was put in jail. But the Friday before he went he went into cys and lied and said I had no contact with my children in the 9 months I spent in rehab and a halfway house but they knew I did because I had spoken with them about him using drugs but they let him sign over guardianship to his mother without my signature or even contacting me to even let me know what was happening. I found out when my daughter text me and asked me to call at noon and I called all day and no answer and he had court that morning and probation so something told me to call the jail and he was there. So I had to call around and find them. When I finally got ahold of cys alls they could say is sorry for the way it went down but we had consent from the father. Now I have to fight for something I shouldn't have to and that is legally mine.REPORT COMMENTS

I'm a Father of Isaiah Cetawayo. My Sons mother was convicted of a crime of abuse on a child. I filed for custody of my son. I was first notified of the incident on 29SEP15 and not by the state and did not get all the details. The incident happened on 17 SEP15. We had court on 28OCT15 with Judge Hainy. The CPS worker Brandy Collins had on our first conversation made a small comment in regards to military members not having good relationships with kids and they may not be the most suitable place for a child to live. Now I've ben trying to contact her for weeks on the interstate compact for my son to come live with me and to get my visitation approved in the mean time. My son has stated he wants to come live with me, but was advised by the lady he lives with that it would never be possible and should pick another place. The CPS workers in Kentucky have intentionally slowed the process and kept my son from coming to me. I'm successful and can provide a great place for him to live. I do not think they gave the judge all the facts. My son and I have a great relationship as good as has been allowed. His mother has kept him from seeing me and use to keep him from talking with me. I've taken a lot of notes. I'm so frustrated with the family court in Kentucky I'm thinking of publishing a book on their issues or write a news article. My son is being withheld basic things he needs like a psychologist for the abuse he has endured. He needs tutoring for school and speech therapy. Nobody in the state of Kentucky seems to care. They all are viewing my son as a paycheck. Brandy Collins the Sosical worker has refused to return my call in almost a month and has not returned my lawyers phone calls. she is directly stopping my visitation from my son. She recommended that his sister go live with a felon that physically had drugs in his system, but not for my son to come live with me when I'm successful, drug free, and no criminal activity. His mother was just convicted of assault 4 on a child and lost custody to the state of kentucky. The state of kentucky decides to keep my son so he may one day reunite with his mother. Instead of awarding temporary custody to me, because I was in the military and live out of state.REPORT COMMENTS

I've dealt with cys personally and they have taken my child from me under false pretenses. First they lied to me and told me that they weren't going to take my daughter but monitor her by caseworkers that way she didn't have to be put in foster care. Secondly when we were going to court that's when my court appointed attorney approached me and told me that they were putting her in foster care and I had told him that what they said to me about not taking my rights. He said that he would ask them and he never did. When we were in court they told the judge their reasons why they were putting her in foster care and 1 because a guy assaulted me in my home in front of my daughter. Secondly I was getting high and the witness they had was there. Well when I went up onto the stand they asked me if I was getting high and I said No. Then they told me to pull my sleeves up and so I did their was a red mark on my skin because the night that the guy assaulted me the ambulance came and the EMTS tried to put an IV in me which didn't work because of my small veins plus all the bumps we hit. I gave them a clean urine and then the girl that was suppose to testify against me told the cys workers and their attorney that she lied to them. She told the judge she lied that I was never on drugs. So that being said they really had nothing to take my child away from me and they still took her from my home 2 days before Christmas. Not only do I want them to be fired but I want to sue them for all the emotional trauma I have been put through with Clinton county cys.REPORT COMMENTS

I have suffered through abuse and corruption in family court. I have had my daughter taken out of my home after 15 years with absolutely no valid reason and now suffer through 90 minutes a week of supervised visitation (that I have to pay for) again with absolutely no reason. I am a well respected teacher in a small community. I am now being told that once the family court makes these decisions (without any proof or evidence or reason) that it is hard to get anyone to reverse the decision. Other courts require proof. Family court does not apparently. I presented the court with actual evidence of my daughter's father neglecting and severely enotionally abusing her for many years and the court took her out of my stable home and placed her with her abuser. I am now experiencing parental alienation at the hands of my daughter's father with the support of family court. My daughter is exhibiting all signs of parental alienation syndrome and no one in the family court system will look at the evidence or acknowledge the injustice. The law guardian has shown severe bias in this case (including conferencing with my daughter's father before each hearing) and I am told that this is allowable. The referees, law guardians and lawyers associated with family court need to be held accountable for their decisions and actions.REPORT COMMENTS
